We went here last night 1st time. Hubby got large millshake. Hated it said mostly milk. My large sunda was real small compared to others. Price for the 2 was 13 bucks. Really high for what you get. Willl not be back.
My daughter is allergic to milk. She hates chocolate. When I asked about different options the rude cashier told me that it was up to the manager and she usually chooses chocolate. I'll take my business elsewhere. They get 3 stars because the ice cream is decent.
Great ice cream with many flavors. The place is a walk up and buy. There isn't a inside but has benches you can sit at around it. The main thing going against it is the prices. With steak and shake is around the corner with its happy hour prices it's hard to pick this over that. It needs some type of sale on certain days or something similar to draw in a customer over its competitors but it's still a solid choice.
My Favorite ice cream place! The turtle sundae is Always what I order- the biggest, freshest tasting pecan anywhere! And the ONLY place that serves Graham Central Station Ice Cream....THE Best flavor ice cream I've ever had. Chunks of amazing Graham cracker crust with chocolate chips in a Graham flavored ice cream (and I don't even like Graham crackers- lol). Must try then decide for yourself.
Had another bad experience at Bruster's tonight for the last time. Ordered two sundaes, she brought me the first one and it was in a kids one scoop cup (the same cup we get our 6yrs old). When I asked her about it she told me that's the same amount of icecream in every sundae. Then walked away to make my wife's brownie sundae. This time she made it in the right bowl but had hardly any ice cream (2 very small scoops that together were smaller than the brownie inside).Then I tried to say something again and she ignored me and walked away. The time before this 3 or 4 weeks ago we got 2 banana splits with no banana in them. Unfortunately this will be my last time. Would help if the place wasn't run by a bunch of teens that are fooling around the whole time.
Service sucked!!! We ordered a two scope ice cream and got a melted down ice cream that looked like a half a scope for 4.99. We will not be back. This is the second time we give this place a chance. Overpriced and not consistent with the amount they serve. And uf the ice cream is melting then don't sell it or available.
Advertises 14 non dairy flavors and had only one. Asked for mint chip. Nope out! Waffle cones you ask? Nope out. How do they stay in business?

Amazing ice cream but they had a huge staff there. Only 1 was helping the rest were just talking and laughing. Always loved this place!
The worst experience. We waited in line for over 15 minutes and never made it to the window to order. I watched 4 people in front of us leave without an opportunity to order anything (leaving 5 others in front of us and several more behind us).It was nice to see school age kids working but when their friends are standing at the windows talking, reaching inside the window grabbing under the counters, passing cell phones in and out the window standing in the way of customers as the wait line grew was very unprofessional.
