Awful service! We asked for no lemon in our water because of allergies. We both got lemon. When I nicely reminded her we can't have lemon, she rudely told us to just pull it out. When we asked for water with no smell or taste of lemon, she went to her co worker and told her what I said. They both looked at us and started laughing.When she bought our food to our table, she had Bluetooth ear buds in and was carrying on a loud conversation with someone. We will never go there again!
I order from here all the time. The only time I had anything bad was when I ordered the coconut shrimp and I left it sit too long, it did get soggy but... I left it in the plastic container I brought it home in so, understand why it was soggy. This is the best Chinese food I have had in Palm Coast ever.
Bamboo Creek is by far, the worst Chinese food around. I gave them another try after not going back for about three years. Then it dawned on me why I stopped going. Food was cold, rice was crunchy, undercooked, everything was tasteless and flavorless, vegetables were not cooked, egg roll was stale, no utensils, napkins or sauces in the bag (it gives you an option to ask for these items when making a purchase on line). I will not go back and I’ll make sure I warn others. This place is not worth it !
Ordered Kung pow chicken and got a bowl full of vegetables and peanuts and a few tiny pieces of what might have been chicken but honestly didn't taste like it.will never go back.threw this in the trash
I remember when Bamboo Creek first came to Palm Coast. At that time they were the best Chinese cuisine around. Not sure what has happened but they have fell off for sure. Last night I ordered sauteed string beans and they were tasteless. Taste like the beans were flashed boiled with sauce thrown on top of them. I was very disappointed. Seemed like some one didn't care and rushed by order. Then to top it off, my side dish of white rice was given to me in a styrofoam packaging. I felt as if I was being cheated. The prices do not match the quality.
Rude people, their sesame chicken sucked, they put the worst part of the chicken in the food, I will never buy from them again. I’m personally getting tired of Chinese restaurant, very expensive and the food is nothing out of this world. Wish more Cuban restaurants came to the Palm Coast, Flagger area.
This was my 2nd time ordering and I only ordered fried dumplings and shrimp rolls the 1st time. It was decent. I ordered again today shrimp rolls, fried dumplings and fried chicken wings for about $9 when I got home it was only 3 chicken wings. I think that's a ridiculously small amount for so much. China king is way better. Never again
The absolute WORST customer service and smallest, burnt portion you can imagine for 14 dollars. I ordered chicken wings and rice and when i got home and opened the box it was all flats and tips with about a cup and a half of rice; NO drumettes and ive seen bigger wings on a mockingbird. When i called to inquire about why we werent told we would not be getting whole wings when we placed our order she said "wings are expensive now so we cut them in half". When I told her cutting them in half doesn't mean we don't want BOTH halves she said "my cook said he gave you both halves and i trust him, not you." Wow. WOW. Never again.
Your rudeness and bad service made your food taste even worse then you could imagine. Last I also seen your door sign for proof of vaccination you do know that is against the law? Forcing employees to get vaccinated is also against the law. Wondering are you slowly trying to put yourself out of business?Good luck
