Wonderful experience at Palm Coast's newest bakery, Adette's Bistro & Bakery located in City Marketplace across the parking lot from Dominic's Deli.I ordered a small assortment to try: Baguette, Chicken Liver Paté, Goat Cheese & Avocado Spread, and a Lobster Tail pastry.Everything was exemplary, but let's talk about this Lobster Tail. Oh.my.heavens. It weighs at least a pound; the pastry layers are crisp and flaky, the pastry cream is divine. They don't fill the pastry until you come to pick up your order, so everything is fresh.Incredible quality of ingredients plus culinary artistry at work! Equally good (but not quite as exciting) the paté and spread were wonderful and the baguette was excellent as well. I can't wait to try more items!At the present time, Adette's is pre-order only. Ordering is very easy on their website, adettes.com, or over the phone, and pickup is very efficient. Open Tuesday thru Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-4. Highly recommended, worth the drive if you're not in Palm Coast.
I will never order a publix cake again for a special occasion. Al from Adette's Bakery worked with me to create my vision for a 50th Birthday party. I needed cake to feed over a 100 people and Al gave me the best options that would work best with my situation. We finally settled on a display cake for the party & pictures (Show Stopper) and in the back we settled on sheet cakes which were to be eaten & never seen!!!. The taste was amazing!!! We had chocolate cake with Cannoli Cream Filling and Italian Butter Cream. I had so many people wanting to know where the cake came from as it was one of the best cakes that had ever tasted!! Can't say enough about this place. The Sfogliatelle were authentic, fresh, and absolutely to die for. Al, the owner and his wife were above and beyond gracious. As soon as they found out we drove down from Mandarin to get them, they made them fresh and set up a rendezvous to get them to us. Truly wonderful experience!! Mille Grazie, Al!!!
Wow! What an amazing addition to palm coast! Ordered an assortment of pastries and a strawberry cake and everything was fresh and delicious! Everyone raved about how amazing everything looked and tasted! So happy to have this business here in town! I highly recommend!

This year's St Patrick's Day was made more special thanks to Adette's. Family & friends thoroughly enjoyed the soda breads (ordering was so easy.) Great customer service (professional, courteous, acomodating!!!)

New the area, a town away from Palm Coast, my husband and I took a ride to Adette's Bistro & Bakery, looking for Italian pastry, after we learned about them online. Although we found the storefront closed, we were greeted by a gentleman who asked if we had placed an order. After a quick conversation we found that due to repercussions from the pandemic, the storefront was not open, but we could place an online order for pickup. Talk about learning things the hard way! We did not leave empty handed. He accommodated us with some sweets to try. Although we were impressed with what we brought home, his kind gesture to not have us leave empty handed alone will definitely have us placing an order in the near future. We found the food and service impeccable and will make it so worth the trip.
I was on vacation and worked with Al to create a custom cake for my daughter's 11th birthday. I sent him a picture and he worked with his bakers to create a perfect interpretation of it. The cake was not only a beautiful work of art, but tasted amazing. The customer service was UNBELIEVABLE! If you are in or close to Palm Coast, this is the bakery you want!!!!
Ordered just a basic birthday cake for husband, they went above and beyond with it, icing was very good and the cake was very moist
