$5 Biggie deal...love Wendy burgers...I always forget to eat, then need to grab food on-the-go...??
I’m confused to why it says this location is open until 1am when in fact it is not. Drove here after a concert, it was just after midnight and they were closed. This location needs to change their business hours.
The food was fresh, we got it fast, the one problem I had, I asked for my burger to be fixed a certain way and they didn't do the way I requested. The lady working the drive thru window, I wouldn't call her rude, but she seemed more concerned with getting us out of the way. That being said I do like Wendy's, just wish they would acknowledge the customer a little more.
the food was ready very fast
This review is tailored towards the management as this practice most likely is implemented by them inorder to meet some corporate time quotas which are to increase customer satisfaction but in result are creating a worse experience. This review is from an observation from many visits and this seems to be a standard practice I'm order for the store to cheat the Wendy's franchises protocol. When you drive to the order sign they make you wait for 3-5 mins before ordering, mind you this is with no other cars in front, I'm assuming once they take your order a clock starts ticking and they need to complete it within a certain time. Then once you place your order and pay depending on what you order they make you drive to the parking lot and wait another 5 mins.Other then this the food is good and they haven't messed up my orders but this really is an inconvenience and is creating a bad taste, to make customers wait exorbitant periods of time to balance out wait time averages is bad business and management practices and needs to be corrected.
I wanted my client, 96yrs young to have a change of pace.I'm her CNA. I brought her to the drive through at Wendy's, to buy her dinner...and wow. She loved how great the car aroma was with our dinner as we drove home. 7 miles to enjoy. Yum, when we got home! Thank you Wendy's.
Went to Wendy’s in Palm Beach Garden before 10 tonight and ordered your NEW FISH SANDWICH, it must have been pre-cooked, they put it back in the fryer and re-cooked it so much I couldn’t even bite into it. I ended up throwing it away.Wendy’s service is one of the worst, most employees are nasty and rude. I went to ask the girl a question and she just turned her back to me and made another drink and ignored me. Don’t think I’ll be visiting Wendy’s any time soon.Sad when the original owner Dave was a live it was great now the food and service is very poor. Not a place I would recommend.
Stopped by to get a quick bite to eat. Normally I don't go to Wendy's but it's was convenient for me.Getting to the place maybe a little tricky. If you want to go inside, you have to pass thru the drive thru lane in order to park. There were 2 other customers before me and the ordering, service was good, fast, no complains. Bathroom was clean.Enjoyed the food on the good. :)
11:00 pm Thursday. Went to order inside because the line was blocking the road, but staff had locked the doors and weren’t letting anyone In, even door dash Uber eats etc, despite being open until 1 am, forcing everyone to wait longer and block the main road. Went elsewhere with my business
I saw an advertisement for their Hot Honey chicken sandwich with chrispy pickles at Wendy's and I thought "I gotta try that!" Sweet and spicy, yeah! The drive thru was way backed up so time to dine in. Wendy's like most fast food mass market restaurants prioritize the drive thru. They try to get you through in 30 seconds from the time you order till you get your food. That's why I waited 10 minutes before anyone bothered to take my order. And the sandwich was definitely spicy. It could have been sweet if they had remembered to put any honey on it. I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes to get my honey. I'll try it again when they are not so busy and report back with a photo.
