This is the worst tropical smoothie ever they gave me a plastic cup with a smoothie that was foaming out of the top and had milk in it and it didn’t have a safety seal sticker over the top ensuring that it was safe to drink when i received it. when i get this smoothie all the time from another tropical smoothie it never has milk and or is foaming out of the top. my smoothie looked like a milkshake and tasted like one too. if i was allergic to milk i would have died. and when i called them they were rude and inconsiderate and didn’t care at all and are telling me it wasn’t there fault and wouldn’t refund or make me a new smoothie. the manager clearly is miserable and would rather put herself in the blender then make a proper healthy sanitary smoothie. i then went to another tropical smoothie and everything was perfect so i know it wasn’t a national shortage. i now hate tropical smoothie and will never get food or drink from there again. they probably have roaches
Absolutely love this place especially this location… Fred actually surprised me with this amazing smoothie Which I’ve named it The Miracle Smoothie don’t know what’s in it but it sweeps me off my feet. IF YOU WANNA TRY SOMETHING MORE FRUITY ASK FOR THE MIRACLE SMOOTHIE only he can make it that way honestly
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is for the worker who works BY HERSELF with a lobby full of customers. It is not fair to her to be here by herself. She obviously works so much harder than the other employees who did not show. She is here everyday and this location needs to do better.
Would leave 0 stars if I could! Employees always rude and unprofessional. Looks nasty and employees don’t carry themselves correctly for being at work! This is the one right near my new house so I always stop in but every time it’s a issue. No bacon for sandwich, no bananas for smoothie. No strawberries the next day. Every time I get told this after I pay that they don’t have some ingredient needed for my order. Then can never just give me my money back so I have to take incomplete stuff that I didn’t want anymore . Always drive a little out of the way and hit the one on northlake or the other pga location by turnpike! Save yourself the trouble !
I would 0 stars to there business model.The workers deserve 5 stars. If you leave a tip DONT do it through their debit machine, the employees don’t see any of that. I had to ask because it being Christmas time I want to leave a bigger tip. I was informed that the only tip they see is if some one leaves cash even though the debit has a option, it goes straight to the store and not the workers.
AGAIN! THE CREW HERE AT PGA AND PROSPERITY FARMS RD TROPICAL smoothie. Without any AC showed him to put together an order for me for about six people within 10 minutes but now I got what was 400 kids more quiet satisfied smiling kids can't make them enough here! For their Stellar hard work without any AC on me ad attentiveness and hustle to get me out the door and get my kids fed promptly quickly when it wasn't even their fault that the order didn't go through properly it was my fault they didn't trust they got on it got it done got me out of there is the best type of a smoothie around hands down!
I’m giving 2 stars for the fact that this store has a few people working and it’s a busy busy location.You would think that the owner and supervisor would get together and hire some more help and people who want to work. Like today I went in store and MS.JOYCE was by herself doing everything and she handle it like a G. I left and came back and she was still by herself for atleast a hour. So I hope the owner will pay attention to that and give her a much needed raise for the well doing of handling this location. Smh but let me guess who the owners are. ??♂️
I’ve been here multiple times - but today i guess everyone was having a bad day because one lady was yelling at the people in the back & then the people in the back were talking back and talking under their breathe … and i could feel the tension.. I ordered a wrap as shown in the picture and i asked for no tomato’s and i opened it up and see tomatoes and not only that but the lettuce is old as you can see on the edge of that one piece. I hope they get new staff or something because the behavior from all staff today was just bad… there’s no reason for employees to be talking like that to each other and then taking it out on customers.
Fred and his staff are the ONLY reason I go there! This is the ONLY store where they are always friendly genuinely not repeating some mantra sent from corporate. They seem to know their customers name and remember what orders they usually get in addition to always providing great suggestions for a smoothies or meals. It would be awesome if the rest of the stories were like Fred’s store next to Dunkin’ Donuts in the Trader Joe plaza.
Incredible service and food was impeccable. Major props to the manager, I've seen a huge change since he has started. Very clean and organized and the workers actually get along. Very nice place to be and will eat here again!
