I come in to this place a smooth all the time. My order is always correct and delicious. The employees are very happy and always greet me when I come in. I have no problem especially when they are busy because I know I will get a cool and refreshing drink. I wish I could remember the staffs name but they all are friendly,fast,and efficient. Thank you to all that works there I will always come here.

No culture of service here. Walked in, no one greeted or even said welcome. Not a major problem as they were busy. Stood politely and waited to be helped for a good 4-5 min. Again not an issue. They were busy. What is unacceptable is someone that the staff obviously knew walked in after and was immediately greeted and was asked what they wanted to order. The friends order was taken ahead of mine. Not a single word was said to me. I stood there for another 2-3 minutes, was not greeted or asked if I had ordered. Eventually I just walked out. Will not be returning, and will not be ordering my companies events through this place ever again.
I’ve ordered a smoothie at that place and it was so sweet my teeth started aching. Why did they add sugar to a fruit smoothie?! It was disgusting.On the top of that the staff was extremely slow. They talked to each other, didn’t even look at customers, and even forgot what we ordered.I’m not coming there again.
Store FL089 has an awesome staff! Tami (T), Shy, and Nellie! Food was good and so was my drink. I came here often after workouts. They always treat me well. Never a complaint! Once I dropped my drink soon as I went outside. I walked back in to order a new one and they had already started making a new one! That’s good service. I will continue to visit and contribute to this local Tropical Smoothie because of the staff and how they make me feel at home when I am here! Well done!
Every time I go to tropical smoothie I’m always welcome me with a big smile and a great jester. This is the only store that I come too not because it’s the closest but because every time I stop by I always feel welcomed, also I know my order will be handled with care and passion. Please when you go inside ask for Timia. She makes the best smoothies hands down.
I go to different locations for a Tropical smoothie twice a week and this by far was the best location I been to ! A lovely person named Tamia helped me. she was very efficient and very polite. She made my Smoothie with love and very fast pace . She made my visit a visit I won’t ever forget !
I ordered Uber eats and everything was terribly wrong. Which is not normal for this place. I called and a lady answered. Once she found out I was not ordering her demeanor instantly changed I asked if they had kids as my smoothie had no kid on it and weird black spots which I sent to Uber eats. The wraps and the chips were all wrong. Even if the smoothie had a lid it was a weird color that indicates it is not a peanut butter smoothie it was vanilla looking. When I asked the lady on the phone to speak to a manager she said she was. Her name was Maya I believe. She totally thought it was a nice idea to let people get lidless smoothie delivery all day during a pandemic. She didn’t apologize she just complained her truck is late. Then I said does your kitchen not cut the wraps and give the wrong sides also? As I was shocked she replied so unprofessionally about her lids. Which is never a consumers business. That’s corporate and company personal business consumers do not need to know. She said she has a lot of items out of stock as why they items were delivered wrong. So I guess she allows them to choose instead of communicate. Which makes us thinks it’s the Uber drivers fault for not getting the order correct. Then they get a bad rating. She also uses the excuse for that and the subs not being cut was that she’s got a lot of new people training this week. Not once a good customer service apology. Until I told her I’m in the industry and you have very poor leadership skills and customer service skills. Now I see why the wrap is not only cut but barely any protein inside and wayyyyy too much sauce. Manager at 12:50pm today is why I will use the other locations. Never had issues til k statuses using northlake
I love coming to this location, great to see warm faces Like Timia , she always make sure to have my order out on time and the best part about it she does it with a smile she have wonderful customer service skills . I will continue to choose tropical smoothie because of her ❤️
Smoothies are amazing & food is great. Love having an option that doesn't weigh you down during the day. They also have a superstar manager there that goes out of her way to fix any issues. Thanks Mayla!
