Decent quality food. The place looks really run down and worn. For such a small chain they can definitely do a bit more to make the place look a bit more appealing to eat at. A can of paint goes a long way.... The staff are extremely friendly and very pleasant, 2 stars just because the staff are great and the food is okay but the restaurant really needs some attention. If this was a dine out experience id give it 3 stars for food.
This was absolutely the worst place we've been in a very long time. To start with the restaurant was filthy and the restrooms hadn't been cleaned in awhile. We ordered and waited over 20 minutes for our food. When we finally got our food it wasn't what we were used to from Original Pancake House. The pancakes were actually terrible. My breakfast was missing the potatoes and when we let management know they didn't even adjust the bill.Don't waste your time with this disaster. It's a shame because other locations of Original Pancake House are amazing.
Wow! My family went yesterday. The place was packed and still the food and service were amazing. But even more important, the manager Marco, AND the General manager Taylor still took the time to come to our table to ensure everything was how we wanted it. I watched as they helped their servers. It was really heartwarming to see how much they cared. A true team working together. Were new here, love breakfast and now have an awesome place to go to. Thankyou every One for a wonderful morning!
My husband and I stopped at Original Pancake House for the first time and we really loved it!! Tracy, our server was above and beyond. The food was so delicious. As many people know omelette it’s a very simple dish everywhere, but not at this place. It’s a unique preparation which its baked , not pan-fried. This technique makes it taste very very good. I highly recommend this place! FANTASTIC!
Doesn't even rate the 1 star. Food almost an hour to be served. Had Biscuits and Gravy. Tasted like old frozen food. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Wife had sides of egg, bacon and hash browns and the food was cold and dry. Not to mention that they brought it to her in three separate plates. Will not be going back. And wouldn't recommend the place to no one!

Ok let me start with saying I LOVE BREAKFAST FOOD!! I’m very critical of how it tastes and how it’s served, and cooked!! So let me say how delicious the Strawberry Crepes are. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. The manager came and asked how our food was. And he did go around all the tables to make sure everything and everyone was doing great! The atmosphere definitely has changed in the past week! Happy waitresses and happy cooks makes you enjoy your food while having a great time. Definitely recommend this location. Keep up the great atmosphere. I will recommend the location 100%
I’d give it 10 stars if I could!!!!!! Great food, better service everyone was in a very happy mood! The breakfast burrito was delicious I definitely left full! Will definitely be back one of my new favorite breakfast spots! The whole staff makes you feel welcome!!! 10/10
New management and you can tell, I used to come once a month with family as a get together, wait times were long and food often took longer. After going yesterday and speaking to their new manager, receiving hot and fast food, and the attitude of his servers, I can’t help but recommend this place to everyone I can for breakfast. The atmosphere is like a new restaurant!
Food was excellent. Staff were sincere and showed effort. The hot tea was not good but the water was great. It may be the wrong tea bag brand/flavor or it was on the shelf for too long. Food took time to make, but it was well made.
