The food is tasty, but it is incredibly difficult to find something remotely close to healthy. I understand that it's the Cheesecake Factory, and the unhealthiness is right there in the name, but come on. The average meal clocks in at just under 2000 calories. And that's before the Cheesecake. I had fun, our waitress was very new but very helpful and kind, and I suppose I'll return in the future. Big ups to the Cinnabon Cheesecake. Good lord was that delicious.**Edited to add a star as a result of the restaurants response. Handled very well, and I will return to try out their recommendation.
An excellent place to take the family for lunch or dinner. The menu is large and the choices are vast. From steak to pasta to seafood and salads. Everything is good and of course the portions are large and good for splitting amongst people. Price point is on par. Only downfall is service can be a bit slow. Overall a good place and we will continue to visit.
The best thing about The Cheesecake Factory is their extensive menu; there's something to satisfy almost any craving. The food and service are top notch. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available at this location, and it has a pleasant ambience. Of course, there are also an overwhelming number of scrumptious dessert options including about 50 different kinds of cheesecake.
My Mother’s Day dinner was horrid . Only two of my meals were up to satisfactory . The other two meals were not good . The four cheese pasta was not cooked and was sent back and the family member did not even want to order anything else . My personal order , the pasta da vinci , came out after the rest of my family had finished their meals and the sauce was a water consistency . I was absolutely not satisfied and only one of the meals was taken off off the bill . That was most likely my last time going there . A manager did not even come and talk to our table .

A pleasure now that 'snowbird" season is over. Asked for an outside table (2/3 were in service and told a 40-minute wait. After 15 minutes we were seated. With beautiful weather and the part-time residents gone, this was a nice experience. The service was decent. a few items were sent back because the kitchen did not read the check and just expedited as normal. had to ask for a few things. Liked that the staff was gloved. great idea. Hostess' masked. We all enjoyed our meals. The Quesadilla was consistent as were 2 very large salads. The meatloaf was huge and will provide another meal. Good experience.
I had take out and when I got home realized it was the wrong order. I called and spoke to Rick who promised to make it right. Rick, I applaud you for your excellent customer service and taking ownership of my issue. Thank you for going above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate you and would never think twice about recommending your location♥️

Beautiful area lol the bonus you don't have to pay for parking like in west palm. I personally tried the skinny menu and I enjoyed it pretty large portion for under 500 cal. Just had to add salt ?. Avocado rolls pictured were a shared app for the table not on the skinny menu.
