Really Taco Bell? Second time this location has done this to me.
We waited 45 minutes for our food the line in the drive-through went all the way through the parking lot and out to the main road. The people inside were ill-equipped to handle the traffic. We went into the lobby because the drive-through line was so long that was a mistake they made the customers in the lobby wait twice as long they put all of the Uber orders before the actual customers that were there and they were messing up the orders, People were paying for their orders and not receiving their food. I personally watched about six or seven people just give up and leave . the guy in front of us had been there for an hour another guy after him an hour and a half the girls in the back couldn’t communicate barely spoke any English. They had no sense of urgency they didn’t care if people got their orders or not the manager of this location needs to be fired
Claims their open until 3 am, yet when you go to the drive thru, they have "wet floor" signs blocking the drive thru. Wouldn't be an issue, if they had an accurate time for closing, but If you claim you're open until 3, your employees don't get to decide to close early.
Alexandria was absolutely amazing. It was 2am and she was hustling hard to take/make orders and all the while she was pleasant and polite, even when customers were rude to her. She is an amazing asset to this store.
I don't know what's happened to this location but if you want FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE I advise you to go somewhere else! We ordered and paid the lady(she left right after the order) and we waited for about 15 minutes then asked why we hadn't got our order yet when everyone after us had. They looked at us like we were stupid. Finally found our order then tried to put stuff on our order that wasn't supposed to be on there. The lady lied and said the receipt said add tomatoes ?? we showed her the receipt and her excuse was that she couldn't see it. You saw everything else fine! FINALLY after about 45 minutes we got our food! Horrible experience! I'll be finding a different location to eat Taco Bell! Get it together Northlake Blvd location!
Fast and quick. The lobby was closed due to a shortage of staff I was told. Taco bell keeps teasing us with the grilled cheese burrito and than takes it away. It's the only way I eat here lately. Homemade food has taking over my life sorry taco bell it's not you it's me. ?️?
Slowest. Taco. Bell. Ever. I kept telling myself it will get better. They used to be good! It gets worse with each visit! Soooooooooooooo SLOWWWWWWWWW. The drive thru is slow. Ordering on the app is slow. Going inside is slow. SLOW SLOW SLOW. Why am I waiting 20-30+ minutes for 2 tacos and a drink…. Every single time?! It’s the only Taco Bell close by, otherwise I would stop coming to this location completely.
I've been sitting in the drive thru for 23 mins. They are taking one car at a time and then after you pay they ask you to pull around so they can walk the food out to you..why??? Do better!
The food I ordered was cold. The sign in the bathroom said " employees must wash hands before returning to work" but there no soap for the workers or customers. No hand towels either.It would be great for the store to check these items a few times a day.With the importance of public health this should not be missed.
Love taco bell but this is the worst one ever. You never get the food you ordered. They never have cups. You will wait a half an hour. It's worth it to drive somewhere else
