Terrible. I use to go there all the time. I won't go there again. I had a coupon the rude lady there laughed about the coupon. If you don't participate in national advertising then switch franchise. No wonder Noone was in that store. Your help there was terrible. Good luck
One star ive Been to this subway a few times its not good Services are not good online orders are never on time. Just not on point everytime
Best thing about Subway is the orders always right because if it isn't.. that's on you you told them what to make so enjoy your sub you earned it
Coupon came in the mail “accepted @ all Palm Beach & Martin County locations” get to subway in PBG which is definitely in Palm Beach County and here’s the sign saying that they’re not going to accept the coupon they sent me. I’m NEVER going to Subway again unless it’s the only option available.
Rude staff at 9810 Alt. A1A, Promenade Shopping Mall. I gave her my order and when she saw I had a coupon she said we don't accept coupons. So I thanked her and walked out. I will never go back there.
Go elsewhere! This location doesn't accept any digital or mail coupons and the shorter woman behind the counter was giving me quite the attitude. Looks like a chronic problem here... Guess I should have read the other reviews first.
Service and food were fine, but they do not accept the coupons from the mail even though other local locations do. At least they could post a sign so you don’t end up spending a bunch more than you were expecting.
I ordered a cold cut Combe. They made me a bologna sandwich. When I questioned it the Spanish girl behind the counter try to tell me that subway changed the sandwich. After 5 minutes arguing with her I left. Never to go back to that store again
Such a terrible experience the short older lady in the front working register has such a bad attitude and should not be working in customer service it’s crazy how much these employees hate there job and take it out on the company’s customers subway do better with your interview process. Majority of the reviews are about a rude older lady I mean clearly she’s offended multiple customers management needs to do something only a matter of time before this location closes
