They are supposed to open at 9am is 9:10 it isn't open, there's a worker inside but she won't open just because and she won't even answer the phone, not nice! ?
I went in to buy a fountain drink, paid for it and everything. Filled up my cup and noticed they didn't have straws. I asked them for a straw and she said they don't have any. Like, couldn't you tell me that before I bought a fountain drink.
It’s stinks when you think preordering a big order first thing in the morning. For pick up at dinner time would be a good idea Had 12 subs to made for a school event. When I got there order was never made and no one knew about it. Then the only topping beside meat and cheese was lettuce. And they ran out!! This was not a good experience
On Tuesday, I received a very nice page of discount coupons for Subway in the US Mail. As I was in the Palm Beach area on business, I checked my GPS for the nearest Subway and drove OUT OF MY WAY to the closest location. Imagine my surprise, when I handed the clerk the coupon and was told "nope, we don't accept these". Apparently, they are so cheap they feel the deal cuts into their profit margin. Have coupons, forget about it. Never again.
The 2 girls who served us where so patient while we chose our sandwiches but the end product was amazing, cheers Guys
Best Subway in the area. Interior is clean and organized. Only one woman was working behind the counter at lunch time, but she was quick, efficient and very friendly. Sandwich was the average, Subway standard. I noticed that she pulled a piece of lettuce out of my sandwich that looked a bit off, so thank you for paying attention to detail while making my food! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to coupons. They will accept coupons, but not the BOGO ones sent in the mail.
What an AMAZING experience I had at this Subway the other night December 8. There ARE nice people in the world and the Manager “Harry” is one of them. I pulled up hungry and tired, craving my foot long tuna sub. I see Harry turning out the lights ready to go (I’m sure after a long day) and he came outside and told me he was closing. I’m sure he could see disappointment on my face and what does he do? He opens the store for me which means taking out all the condiments, meats, cheeses and breads. What a kind man! He did not have to do that for me but he did. WOW! I’m grateful for that kind gesture and this Subway is my go to now. Thank you Harry.

Horrible experienceWaiting for my sandwich to be prep, and the old lady that took care of me with no mask, talking on top of my sandwich, I am a very polite person i should of walk away, i asked her to wear a mask, and the other young girl got very upset and tried to humiliate me, I ended up paying for the sandwich and dumped it on trash on my way out.Business that don't follow covid policies should be closed to public.
