Great pit stop. It’s a mile off the interstate.
I already knew the espresso would be as bad as the coffee but to have to wait 10 minutes for a kid to push a button for it to come out? ?? ridiculous !! The service !! Not worth The price or the wait. I was especially surprised that the cashier did not know wheee to find the espresso on the menu .It’s not listedThe internet was not working today
This has got to be the worst starbucks I've ever been to in my life. Terrible customer service terrible drinks.
Nice people, fast service. The store is in perfect condition.
Always delicious and relaxing. So many choices
Very busy and understaffedThe girls were nonstop cranking drinks out.It took over ten minutes to get my matcha frappuccino with coconut milk. All professional
I would never work here, but they sure do make good coffee. Zach gave me service with a smile and made the best iced flat white I’ve ever had
I have been going to Starbucks several times per week for the last 10+ years. This location is terrible, they are rude, if you have an accent they will say “we don’t understand you” or “I can’t hear you”. No problem at any other location or place. I ask for warm temperature I get extra hot. Even though it is near my home I rather drive to another location. Overall unfriendly and not a good experience on multiple occasions.
This location is AWFUL! Living in Alton, I frequent this location. When it first opened, the staff and drinks were amazing. Seems they’ve switched hands to many times with management and it’s a S*show every experience for 6 months now. More recently I’ve been going to Indian creek. They NEED help at this location and VERY quick! Someone from corporate needs to secret shop them. Just sit back and watch what happens. It’s a disaster. The staff are undermining each other behind the counter, getting flustered throwing objects, it’s a very unhealthy work environment and awful energy.
It's Starbucks...nice staff.
