I like visiting Starbuck occasionally. I am a big fan of their Almond Croissants, coffee cake and other backers items. I usually prefer the white chocolate mocha and my kid is avid lover of hot chocolate.
I had a great experience at the new location. I always go early in the morning and it is never just. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I recently used the app to order but it went to the wrong store. The Staff at the gardens mall sorted it all out and got me my order asap. Delightful !
I used to go to the downstairs starbucks all the time but they recently relocated to upstairs. I ordered an iced peach green tea lemonade and my sister ordered a iced vanilla latte. First, they said they don’t have peach which I was okay with and asked if i could just get a green tea lemonade. As we were waiting, I was watching one of the employees make the drinks. She was spilling milk and water all over the place and touching the caps of the drinks. Very unsanitary. I ended up waiting for 20+ minutes for essentially an arnold palmer. Everybody behind me had gotten their drinks and I was close to leaving until I looked over at the made drinks and saw that they made a passion fruit tea under my name. Not even close to what I ordered. My sister got her drink after around 10 minutes. It had sugar free vanilla which was quite random because she didn’t ask for sugar free at all. Whoever took our orders put the drinks as sugar free vanilla and passion fruit tea. Not very good service from the ordering desk or the baristas. Would not recommend:(
I think what a lot of people don’t understand is that starbucks is almost always super busy and is understaffed. Most people that leave bad reviews of here have never worked customer service and can’t comprehend that the workers are trying their hardest. Be a little empathetic. Why complain about how long it took to get your drink when they’re super busy and are flooded with orders ??

Kudos to the owner(s) of the Starbucks at Palm Beach Gardens Mall. For a number of years, the Starbucks was by the Food Court. Then, a second store front was opened down-stairs and the upstairs store was closed. Today, the downstairs store has closed and a new store front has opened up back on the second floor opposite Bloomingdales. Even though away from the Food Court, this Starbuck will attract coffee enthusiasts. It is large, inviting and pleasing to the eyes. There is now plenty of seats and tables. Like in the past, service is quick and friendly. The PGA Starbucks have finally found their home. Kudos to the owner(s) in their search for the right place to serve us coffee aficionado’s.
I wouldn’t recommend the new starbucks at the top floor in the gardens mall. Mainly because me an sister were interested to see how it was being that we always go to the one on the bottom an so when we tried this new one we wanted to see the service so this small family went before my sister an i went after my sister; so the family ordered a few drinks very simple coffee and me an sister ordered strawberry acaí drinks an meanwhile all of us are waiting 20+ minutes for simple drinks an within the 20+ minutes other people after us got theirs first so i had to go up an ask about me an my sisters drinks an i asked about the family’s drinks also since i heard the family wanting to ask. So i wouldnt recommend going to the new starbucks. The manager also told the family that “as you can see we are very busy” very rude in my opinion, he also told the family that “it depends on the order” but when i’m watching drinks a lot more complex being made an her drink was just a simple caramel ice coffee; very unprofessional. So it doesn’t depend on the order it’s the SIMPLE FACT of going one by one an not skipping other orders.
