This location seems to get quite busy, but the staff inside handles the surges well. They were friendly, helpful, and they seem to turn over orders quickly.

I think I just had the best caramel ice coffee ever. After a 5 hour drive, I stop by this stop to take a break. I order a caramel ice coffee with cream ,sugar , whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Omg. Great job
Can’t make a simple matcha latte so they just gave me a cup of milk then I order again and said can you pls make it darker since I have never seen a matcha so white and they just did the same thing oh and they messed up my order size too and just added extra milk to fill it up. I paid 10$ for 2 cups of milk
Starbucks Corp, this location can do so much better. The workers have to work on top of each other. This location needs more order. The workers Barely have any room for them to move effectively.
We got three drinks; a pistachio latte hot, cappuccino, and a brown sugar latte hot. They didn't greet us like they should, no one acknowledged anyone waiting or when we were standing right there at the front. Everyone seemed like they hated their jobs. Very small cafe. The drinks were overheated, the cappuccino had barely any foam, and were not made properly. Sorry for the bad review but I've seen better and know what it's supposed to be like - former barista.
Drinks do NOT taste the same at this store as of the last week of December. They may have new people who are missing the recipe or they are not using all the products. I bought three cold drinks and ALL of them were tasteless, got refunded . Then went back got a similar order and got same results. Didn’t ask for refund, I will just avoid this one all together. They seem to have luck with the hot drinks.
I always have a great coffee at Starbucks but the one at Northlake has no inside seating. That's not such a bad thing especially since I prefer to be outside, but it had rained and all outside seating was wet. Aside from that, very helpful staff.
Horrible. I ordered a venti pumpkin cream coldbrew and 3/4 of the drink was cream. I also ordered 2 egg sandwiches that were ice cold in the middle and only the edges were warm. Waste of money and time.
