This SB has gone down hill in a major way. Drinks are not good even after remaking them. I usually never complain even when my order is wrong but my drinks the last 5 times were not drinkable. I will not be going back. Hopefully the baristas will be retrained.

Rachel, apparently the “shift supervisor”, absolutely unprofessional. No smiling, no eye contact, yelling at costumers. Other employees in the back making coffee were terrific. Please retrain Rachel on customer service basics. Thanks

iPad. Location was not busy plenty of employees and location was a mess dirty sticky tables bathroom filthy. Front door the worst looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks!!
Omg this starbucks is so professional so courteous and very quick to get you your orders so you aren't late for work.lol
Tables outside where filthy and no one allowed inside to sit? Prices are out of site. Time to visit the competition.
