The Palm Beach Gardens location does not answer the phone for whatever reason. Tried all day from 8-5 atleast 20 times and not once did anyone pick up. Why????
I ordered and picked my eyeglasses and with the $400 copay with my Health insurance , my eyeglasses came up to $839, on which the sales associate them told me me that the frames I chose cost $314 .So I ended up buying a pair of glasses for $839!!!Later I realized that it too much when I keep losing my eyeglasses twice last year,I then tried to call to cancel the order so I can chose a cheaper frame!!! But no answer and leaving messages go not help either, no calls returned either!!No help at all!!!’
BEWARE!If I could give this place a zero Stars I would! Absolutely the worst Optical Shop I have ever dealt with. And I was an optician for 36 years! This place should be shut down it is that bad. No customer service and when there is... it's bad customer service.
Yesterday me and my daughter had a great experience and we wasn’t in the office long. Our health insurance paid for everything so that was a blessing. I been a patient bout 10 years and this was the quickest we been out with an appointment.
I was well pleased with the treatment I received at South Florida Vision , and I will recommend you to my friends .
I do not recomend this place. The front desk staff had a great attention but the attention of the medical staff was lousy. The Dr. Karen Villagomez had a roude attention with a patient who did not speak English. The word : "por favor or please" is easy to say in Spanish and in English. The patient felt uncomfortable with this doctor's attention without sympathy and patient.

Everyone in the Palm Beach Gardens office is so pleasant and professional every time we go. I have taken 3 generations to this office and never regretted it.
Do not go to this place! They got my prescription wrong 3 time and when I asked for my money back the give me my copay but kept my insurance half so when I went to a different company I found i was only half refunded. Horrible company and thieves. Do Not Go to this place!
