I got here at a few minutes till closing and without hesitation this group fired the cleaned grill back up and cooked my food, even after I gave them a way out by saying..I didn’t make it in time did I… After me, two other customers walked up and they cooked for them also! they are all working together to make sure everyone is served… No snide comments or dirty looks… they are just jumping in and putting the customer 1st… . Tamaiya and Kaity were just amazing, please tip them very well when you come to this store!!!
I got the chicken bites. 3 bites in, my stomach started to hurt due to the amount of grease. The breading was falling off while i was dipping it in the honey mustard. Would never eat here again. Do better.
Cashier very rude and short over ketchup request....also she was rushing my burger from the cooking the back causing them to make my order incorrectly. My over priced burger was missing the bourbon bacon jam...very disappointed.
Honestly tired of the amount of times Ive had to go back and correct my order. Either no bacon or no vegetables or another persons order. For the price you're paying and the amount of food your getting not getting what you order this often leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. At this point chipotle and chic fila are better options for the price and service.
Food was delicious but a lady working the counter with glasses yelled at me for asking for a refill. Usually this place has lovely managers but yesterday was disappointing. My mom ordered an iced tea, 2.79, but she didn't like it so I asked for a refill for soda, 2.79. I asked the lady and she went on a rant on how they can tell I ordered iced tea by the cups. She could have told me no, I cant but she decided to yell at me. I didn't engage with her but it felt very disappointing to be treated like that. I understand we are tired and stressed but as a former retail worker, I never spoke to customer like that.
I ordered takeout and the chicken burger was pretty good, but the pie shake was so bad I wish I could have gotten my money back. The chocolate ("ganache") shake was watery and didn't taste fresh, and the pie pieces tasted like unflavored cardboard. I'm assuming it wasn't as intended. I normally love shake shack do it's a shame
i had lunch at shake shack december 26.2021 day after christmas i had a bad experience at one in the @palmbeachgardensmall in palm beach gardens florida my bad experience was with The two rudest nasty unprofessional managers I have ever seen they were going back-and-forth with me another customer stepped in and told the managers you are dead wrong talking to this lady this way i told the lady don’t worry I am going to do a review about what happened today and the way they talk to people my opinion avoid this restaurant from cynthiatravelingqueen
Ordered a single strawberry milkshake when there weren't many customers because there was a line at Chick fil a. I saw a girl come from the back and stick a milkshake in the fridge a couple minutes after I put in the order. Waited almost 15 minutes only to see the one dude up front pull that same milkshake out of the fridge and hand it to me. And it tasted like a McDonald's milkshake for twice the price. Completely melted on the top too! I can see why the place was dead. Safe to say I'll just stick to my usual Chick fil a from now on.
The kiosk really helps with getting your food fast and without talking to anyone! I finally tried Shake Shack and I wasn't disappointed! The hamburger was so tasty and the crinkle fries were hot and not greasy! I will definitely return to this location when I'm in town!
Ordering on the kiosk was simple. Took along time to get the order Brevard they were so busy. Food was good, but why do you have to smash the burger so flat. It was like eating a burger paper plate.
