Great food and service as always.
Had reserved a table outside but called to change to inside, several hours earlier. Asked if my table could at least be by a window, looking out over the boats. Ava said there were no promises but she'd make a note of it. Upon my arrival, I reminded the woman up front of my discussion with Ava. Once seated, I was given a table by the kitchen and not far from the reception stand. Not even close to the water. When I mentioned this to my server, she apologized but said she had no control over the seating as most tables taken. I was ready to have a miserable dining experience but our server whose manner was sweet and direct, turned my frown upside down. She was very busy, but always ready to help and please us. Never before has a service changed my disposition but hers did. She realized she was there to serve and please and did a nice job of it. Was a little concerned with the dog sitting under the table three tables away. Did not have any apparent disability dog jacket on, but perhaps there is some indication I am not aware of. Gentlemen working the valet, were all hustling and pleasant. I did feel as though all staff has been trained in positive customer service, more than most restaurants. Once again, Seasons 52 pulled it off on a busy Saturday night.

Our waitress, Christina, was wonderful. We had the beef and horseradish flatbread (delish), shrimp and grits, and salmon. I am gluten intolerant and they made everything gluten-free for me. We had a great time and enjoyed the food and ambience!
Our food and service were outstanding. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and 2 college roommates from over 50 years ago reuniting. It was fantastic!! Just what we all needed! Thank you for always being a great restaurant with super service! Two had crab cake sandwiches, I had a burger, and one had a salad. We started with the yummy chicken flatbread. The best!!
