I have been a customer for more than 10 years. I purchased a Local Flavor‘s coupon $15 for $30 worth of food. My bill came to $29.98 The waitress returned my check and said I was two cents short of the $30 that must be spent. I can not believe they would lose a customer for two cents. I had to purchase a dinner roll for three dollars to make the Localflavor coupon work. How cheap. This is the end of my 10 years at Sals in Palm Beach Gardens. Not to mention how rude the manager was about this. Not to blame the waitress I still left her an appropriate tip. Yes I’m done with sals. -Mark
If I could give 0 stars I would‼️ This has got to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL pizza inspired restaurant EVER. I ordered lunch from my job on February 9, 2022, and for (1) my food never came, (2) when I contacted them they said it was on its way, (3) OVER 3 hours later still no food. I contacted them again and said it’s okay, I just want a refund for my $30.80! Then they tell me that the manager isn’t in yet, and they’ll give her my information. Two weeks go by and still no refund. I call again and speak to Franco who give me a million apologies and promises to give me a refund and a call within 5 business days.. No refund. On February 23rd I go to the restaurant and I ask for my refund.. I told the guy I spoke to someone named Frank.. he says “my name is Franco, I remember speaking to someone, but it was a woman”… I look at him puzzled and replied “I am a woman, do I look like a man with a braids, and long lashes? Or was I so professional that you didn’t expect me to be black??” The audacity. Then he says he’s going to text the general manager about my refund, she texts back and ask if I would take store credit.. JOKE. I reply “I came here for my refund, not store credit”.. she then tells him that when she gets home she will start the refund “process” and it’ll take up to another 5 days because they don’t do cash refunds… Well it’s March 4th, almost a month later and I still haven’t received a refund. These people are THIEVES to say the least‼️ Poor customer service‼️ This location does not have a working number so do NOT order food from them‼️ You will never get your order‼️‼️‼️‼️
Crazy good za, not sure how they do it and I've never seen any other place do the sausage like the way they do. It's shaved in ribbons on the pizza. Ive never seen thin flat sausage before let alone on a pizza. It still damn good but very different. Keep up the good work, oh their soda fountain is unique as well. Not your traditional flavors.
The crust taste like cardboard and the cheese taste like rubber. So disappointing. The french fries were awful too

The owner was incredibly rude and short with me when I was just trying to order… When I finally get my order and drive 20 minutes away he left out half of it… I go back and then he tells me it is literally impossible for that to happen he packaged it himself and that I am wrong. He then turns around and finds it on the counter where he placed it, which you never gave me… Great service!
DO NOT GO THE OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY NUTS!! Owner is incredibly rude!! He threatened my son and wanted to fight him?! All we did was order pizza! He also commented that he was going to “get his nephew?” whatever that even means!! For someone that has 17 years as a “pizza owner” you may want to learn about customer service and lose your crappy attitude…especially in this day! I have never ever experienced such a rude restaurant and owner in my entire life!.
I happened to stop by for lunch today. There were 2 people working and they were slammed. The employment issues are affecting them! The pizza slices I ordered were excellent, the price was very reasonable and the place was clean. Unfortunately they can only do so much with the labor they have. I found a gem today and look forward to my next visit.
Soggy middle, plus I asked for NO mozzarella cheese just 1/2 parm cheese. Whole pizza had cheese…I can’t eat it. $20 down the drain
Just received a menu with coupons in the mail and we ordered two pizzas a large New Yorker and a large cheese. When we went to pick up the pizzas the girl said the coupons are old and she wouldn’t take it. We left without the pizzas. The coupons have no expiration date. I think it’s a scam they are trying to get business and are hoping people will just accept what they say and pay the full price. Not a smart way to operate a business and would never return.
