I live in Miami, was coming back from Jupiter Beach we were four in the car so I suggested pizza on the go, and the reviews seem goods for this place compared to other papa John's on the way.Truly amazing pizzas, definitely made with care and so delicious. To bad that with my order online did not accept a discount coupon that I have, but it was a well worthy.

5/2/2022 worst experience….I called to inform that there was NO garlic butter on the knots (literally baked and thrown in a box and sent to us), that there was an open container of marinara with the knots that got everywhere and that when I placed the order online I chose special garlic instead of marinara. It was like talking to a pair idiots who didn’t have the intellect to tie their own shoes. No manager or responsible adult could respond to a very simple situation and rectify it. Instead, the person I spoke to was more busy trying to correct me than in correcting the situation and actually listening. Someone should teach the menu, how to deal with customers, and how to follow directions to the employees at this restaurant. These idiots just cost you a customer.
Sorryest thing I’ve ever dealt with. They need management. The food is great, when you can get it. I don’t know if it’s that they only have one person in the shop and only one driver, but I called and they said it was going to be an hour and a half wait and put me on hold fora while. Then the next time I just went straight to on hold. Both times I got a sorry pizza from the competition within a half hour. I’ll just order a sub or pasta from the other.

Omg!! daneil .. I want to say while on my vacation I was so hungry an I found this papa Jones location... there was this one young man working its about 12midnight. For one person to be working the store was so so clean spotless shiney...an most of all he gave us an excellent customer service ? ?... thank you daneil you make our night just with your service an the cleaning of the location
I ordered a pizza and side chicken wings i did not get the pizza and the driver said there is no pizza on the ordered I called spoke to the managers who said that ther was no pizza on.the ordered I asks why the ordered taker quoted me $24.00 dollars and the managers said no in the ordered and he said bye and hung up

Parking is widely available in this lot. This Papa John’s experience was phenomenal! Staff were friendly and the pizza (NY style with mushrooms) was delectable and also a great deal ($12)!
Top shelf management and location. Take it from a single dad with a house full of teenagers...this is my go-to.
