Service in this store is bad. It was never wow but it keeps getting worse. There was hardly any food to choose from (and we didn't go next to closing time). They had no white rice. The beef with broccoli was almost all broccoli and hardly any beef (the beef didn'tlook and didn't taste good). Other dishes were burnt. Nothing looked fresh as it's supposed to look. I barely ate and my husband ended up with a terrible stomachache. I do NOT recommend this place.
I have eaten at this specific location more times than I care to count. Today was the last straw as I was served burnt rice and chicken. I ordered white rice with orange chicken, and the rice being dry as a bone was hardly the worst part. The chicken crunched like used charcoal in my mouth. Coming apart like a dried trig and becoming dust, I also realized that the chicken was severely under-seasoned. I've quite literally never had food so disappointing and unsatisfying in my life, and I've dried eating food with insects in it. I'll never be eating at a Panda Express ever again.
I wld have liked it better had the two.ladies working were not cooking, ringing ppl up AND taking orders. They also were touching cash register amd then doing order without Sanitizing at all. And the fact the cashier pointed to tell me to use my card- and pointed to tell me to take food. Never once spoke or smiled..then saw she didnt chathe me right and she walked away from.cash register . Finally a nice guy came out from the back n helped me.Food was only soso. Didnt have good taste when first opened. Gone downhill since covid for sure. Sad.. bc i liked it originally too. Then I asked for my receipt and she rolled her eyesOh restroom has no soap. Omg. Now I won't rest of my dinner. I'm grossed out.
Was great in beginning but service is starting to drop off, may be overworked Idk but as others have said there's a huge lack of urgency and also if you walk in after like 730 the chairs are up on tables and half the menu is "unavailable".Update- walked in 6-8 and they had 3/4 of a portion of orange chicken and some fried rice on the entire line and told the man with his daughter in front of me that they couldn't cook more because the "fire" was already off 40 mins to close, no manager on duty. Corporate needs to clean house.
Love the food but the service wasn't the best. Looked like all the employees had something else to do other than attending the clients
Absolutely unacceptable to be standing outside 15 minutes after they are open employees just staring at you through the glass. Get rid of this place staff is all Haitian with big attitudes!!!

The girl working at this panda express at the register at 6:00 on 12/9 was exceptionally rude. She overcharged me and was less than helpful. Will never be coming here again and will make sure my friends and family don’t either. She refuses to refill the tea because she said that was not her job. I couldn’t fulfill my doordash order because she refused to correctly charge me, refill the tea, or provide sauces in the bag
I asked for beef and broccoli and they literally gave me ONE piece of beef, also the rice was hard and crunchy. Wouldn't recommend going to this particular panda express ever!
This particular branch does not have an inviting atmosphere. The staff appeared to be more interested in their phones while I was there. The food was consistent with the other locations. Which is pretty good
