Everything was as expected
My fist time here and my first impression walking in is wow, its a warm and inviting restaurant. I ordered the hand made pork dumplings one of the best items on the menu. I also ordered the lettuce wrapps they were good but it didn't wow me. The lunch bowls are very filling and would highly recommend the orange chicken, the orange chicken is amazing and you can tell how freash everything is. The only thing i would hope that they change is how spicy the dishes are. I was told on a few dishes or sauces by my waitress that they were spicy and although they were good they just weren't spicy. I cant wait to come here again and thank you to the waitress that was recommending dishes for us to try!
Came here late Monday night and was with John as our server, even though he was busy with a couple other tables he still went above and beyond for us and gave amazing service! The food was amazing as well a young man named Aaron brought it out to us and was very kind! We recommend coming here and trying out the Great wall of Chocolate. Also the strawberry limeade was to die for! Had a great time
Little bit of a wait, but not bad. Food was very good, very good quality americanized Chinese. The bill was $70 for the two of us, no alcohol, but we did have leftovers for another meal. Our waiter was excellent, set in a mall, worth a visit.
My fiance and I came here for dinner tonight. This was our first time and we loved every second of it! Val was our server and she was amazing, easily the best service we have received at a restaurant in a long time. Food and atmosphere of the restaurant was also great! We will definitely becoming back?
I have had several poor experiences at this location but this was the worst. My daughter and I ended up making a game of it by timing everything. It took 17 minutes to get our drinks and the restaurant was 1/4 full. The waiter spent so much time chatting at a different table that I almost headed to the bar to get the drinks. Dinner took 55 minutes. Mongolian beef was fair at best. Fried rice and Lo mein were good but the night was a huge disappointment. Manager needs to pay attention and improve this location. Will not return or recommend this location EVER.
It seemed understaffed those who were there tried their best. The bartender wasn’t sure how to make a Hendricks martini?
We had not been to this location for several years. I regret to say it has not gotten better. The service is erratic at best. the young ladies at the front reception desk had some real "attitude"..We were aware they had somewhat cheapened their food as well as raised prices. Knowing the market conditions they have problems, but please do not make them your customers problems.
Peking duck is a joke (if you ever had a real one). Burned, roti is too thick and crusty to make a wrap.Waiter was talking a lot but keep making mistakes and forgetting to bring what we asked.Mongolian beef is 5*!
Our usual server has left changs and we were introduced to Michael .. he was outstanding and friendly
