Friendly staff and good coffee.
My experience was great at this store. It helped that I already knew what I wanted and I had an offer. See photos ? I got to sample my favorite espresso made on a different machine so I can sample. Lots of staff available to help. I did wait about 5 minutes but I considered that my coffee break. Overall staff was nice and alert and ready to help. Maybe they’ve been drinking espresso this morning. ??

Great coffee, but will be ordering from online from now on. Staff is friendly for the most part until a problem arises. There is no phone number for the store so you can’t reach an associate and the 800 number will tell you they can’t help with a boutique issue. The store associate seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered with the situation and had an attitude the entire time, she should consider another job where she doesn’t have to handle issues with customers, because a customer shouldn’t have to feel like they are the problem when the store was at fault.

Nice place. Helpful staff. Stopped in Saturday afternoon at the mall to meet up with Hubby and decided to get Nespresso Recycled Bags. Wish we had a Nespresso Boutique in the Wellington Mall, WPB, or Royal Palm Beach area. Worth the drive for great tasting coffee.
