You have to close this location. I come from food service. They aren't ever busy and act like they're slammed. 25+ minutes coming to pickup a small doordash order...... unacceptable. Sorry 10 more minutes and I was told I have no patience ???more than 30 minutes for some chicken nuggets and fries lol
Slower than a box turtle on the frozen Tundra! Lord have mercy! No personality, no sense of urgency and the "fast" food which I never really eat...stick wit h Chic Fila. Seriously, there is no wonder why McD's is failing miserably.
I was in the drive thru and asked what drinks they have because I don’t drink pop. The employee says “ I don’t know what we have. It’s the same as what we’ve always had . So I ask her if she can turn around and look at the fountain machine and tell me and she tells me there’s no need to be rude. I just drove off after waiting for five minutes because she said her headset died. Customer service rule number one - you never tell a customer you don’t know . You figure it out . Such a simple task and she didn’t want to do it. Don’t assume everyone goes so often that they have the menu memorized.
I brought my kids to eat breakfast inside and had a good experience. When I had to drive back because I forgot my girlfriends sausage biscuit, breakfast was over already and the staff went out of their way to make the breakfast sandwich and also gave me 2 hasbrowns. Staff was great! Thank you!
Clean, good attention for the personal, and get my meals quickly, the only wondering is the sandwiches are getting smaller like years ago,
Lunch on Saturday. Usual quick McDonald's service. Kiosk and counter ordering. Very kind and helpful staff.
Whatever the closing time is in this town off Northlake, minus an additional 90mins. Lazy employees complaining about not making money but not willing to work a full shift. Terrible management. Terrible service. Lazy employees. Wouldn’t expect anything less off Northlake.
Still 1 star two years later. My last experience there wasn't good and now I don't know if I will be back. Ok if they close at 12 and I arrived with 1car ahead of me only and after they ordered I pulled up to order at 11.:54 pm told closed about two minutes with conversation about only wanting 2 cheeseburger meal soda for my son and 2 large chocolate Shakes but only if there was ice cream. Women relayed again "closed". I was in shock I cannot believe what I was hearing. I replied I thought you where open till 12am... ok what am I to do Wendy's it was that's And just down the street from them on North lake and was Greeted with a kind happy to help voice. After one-sided covo with closed lady I in shock and stopped to take pics of female I talked with and noticing I would of been third car in line... and let's face it Macdonalds can be quick, so got pic of employee and time on my wifi set clock in car.
On trip and needed breakfast ,- old faithful, sausage egg McMuffin and coffee - place was busy so placed self order - there was no way to indicate that I wanted cream and sugar on the side - food was fresh and coffee was hot
Very fast drive thru. Fries were super hot, which makes em taste even better. Place seemed organized and clean.
