I started coming to this store 3 weeks ago. I usually go to the store in Abacoa another Jersey Mikes store nearby and they’ve been falling off since new management. This place here is amazing I’m more happy because one of the gals from Abacoa her name is Ang I believe. she’s amazing she worked at Abacoa and served me all the time it’s good too see a familiar at this store now. You guys need to keep her on your team!

All was good. Clean. Friendly. But noisy. Had trouble hearing counter guys. They need sound acoustic panels.
I LOVED the subs, I thought it was excellent that an employee named Michael was working at Jersey Mike’s(chael). He was truly a great and satisfactory employee. I went there after seeing a great film called “The Marksmen” where Liam Neeson shoots people out of revenge. The quality of Jersey Mike’s subs made me not aware of my crippling ear wax problem.I shall have it Mike’s way, everyday!
I normally don’t write reviews as I work in this industry and I understand how hard it can be, especially during these times. But, I just need to mention what happen here today. I came in on 10/5 around 8:40 pm. I know it was close to closing but I was ordering Togo. I had just gotten off of work and wanted to pick up some subs for my family. When I walked in, the man behind the counter said “we are really behind on closing, can I offer you a free sub card and you go to chipotle or something..”I was so taken back.. I said “I need to call and ask my family”. He said “okay yeah just let me know”.I called my family and asked what they wanted me to do. Even though my family wanted subs, because we LOVE Jersey Mike’s, I felt too uncomfortable to go back in and order.I know times are hard, and places are understaffed. I just feel that as a customer I shouldn’t be sent away because someone is running behind on their closing sidework.I still gave two stars because I will always love your subs, best in town!
Came to order the world famous Chicken Philly from here. I waited in line for almost 15 minutes, I was very frustrated until I realized there was only two people working. The store is severely understaffed. A young lad named Ethan helped take my order and was very helpful and apologized for the wait. While a young lady named Miya made my order. The food was delicious but the wait time wasn’t ideal when I had to get to work. There was no manager on duty but If they’re reading this, I think you guys should hire more people because it’s always the same two kids working and with the traffic this store has when I’m there, I doubt they get breaks. They looked very overworked and hopefully the tip helped them.

The working experience here was horrible, they might make good food but they don’t treat their employees good at all. The manager of this place is unprofessional and childish as soon as you do something she’s not okay with she will start dropping your hours by A LOT which of course messes with your money. Which is kinda manipulative, if you don’t act like she wants she’ll act that way. Good place to eat yes, but to work absolutely not. People vaping in the back likes nothing. Would think twice before working there.
For the past few weeks I’ve been here I have noticed something that I feel must be called attention to! These poor kids are working so hard to get everyone’s food ready and I just don’t see how management could allow this! They are severely understaffed and no one to help, not even management. It’s absolutely ridiculous, it’s causing such a havoc and these kids have to deal with it when it’s not something they should be dealing with.
