Very skimpy on the meat.$42 for 3 sandwiches and one was missing 50% of the meat. It didn't even cover the full length of the hoagie roll.MOD just took my name and number and said that his manager will contact me. I'm not going to hold my breath.Utterly disappointed.Completely unsatisfactory.
I can get a better sub at Subway for half the price. A 5 year old could eat this and still have room for dessert. For $13 it looks like it came off the kids menu. Won’t ever go back there again!
I'm not a big fan but my hubby loves it and when we were making a trip to Palm Beach he insisted we go there for lunch. I ordered my sandwich without onions. The bread and bacon were cold and turkey was mush, had to pick the onions off of course, and the pickle was soft. Waited 30 min to receive order to dine in. Good thing I paid $3:49 for a soda and chips. They held me over and kept me from my hanger rage! Start paying your people better...these 2 guys were working too hard to satisfy all takeout customers in addition to the ones standing in front of them staring, waiting for their name to be called.
Meatballs were ok. Bread was stale and rubbery. Cheese steak was cut thick and bread was like a flip flop. Surprised cause you guys are usually spot on. Staff was professional and courteous
I get it. Youre short staffed. But dont tell people on the phone their order will be ready in 15 minutes when its going to be a half hour if you know youre short staffed.Thanks
This firehouse is exceptional. I know same ingredients, etc don’t know why but tastier then any other one I’ve been too. Thanks guys
I ordered a cheese steak sub. The steak was not seasoned well and it was tough. Not very good!
Wish I could give 0 stars. Did a online order for 7pm. Went in and not a single person knows what they’re doing. Almost 8:00pm and still haven’t gotten my food. Hate to pull a “Karen” but seriously this is messed up. Refund of sorts for making my family and I waste almost a hour to get our food would be nice…
