Amazing food, the best sushi place in Palm Beach bar none. Authentic, great service fresh seafood.
Well, we went Ebisu Japanese restaurant for dinner. It was over priced. Just two people and ordered nigiri and oysters. Total around $700!!!! So Uni 4 nigiri costs $110. Chutoro 4 pic Costs $72…. Usually, two people eat this quality and amount of sushi $300 maximum in the U.S. Even if sushi restaurants at West LA and Beverly Hills, they did not charged this price. We living U.S. over the 30 years, we never had this kind of experience. If they want to charge this price, they should ask first Like “Uni is market price one nigiri should be like $25, are you ok with that?” They never asked us. We did not expect this price. If they charged this price, we wouldn’t order. Then, I check the other reviews. There is a similar review with one star.
Rarely do I write reviews but this restaurant was exceptional! The first time I entered I immediately noticed the Japanese authenticity prevalent throughout the entire restaurant. To top it off, the sushi was some of the best I’ve EVER had. This place deserves more 5 star reviews and I highly recommend it!
Read reviews and thought to give this restaurant from my long choices during my business trip. Came for sushi dinner after a long day of work. Many tables were open and slightly busy evening. I asked to be seated at a booth to not sit near a door, but the waitress refused, then gave a terrible excuse and said, “no, because I have no one else with me, and what if other people come?”…ok? What if other people come? I am not camping there all day to eat your precious sushi, so why not? How famous is your restaurant if you can’t even greet with good customer service? First come, first serve. Unless tables are already reserved and your restaurant seat is complete, that’s another story. If you can’t do it? Then why open? Either train your servers for good customer service or don’t let them work with customers. Speechless, I walked out immediately due to a rude response from waitress.
Went for the first time this month and it was very good. Service was friendly and efficient. The sushi, tempura app, chicken yaki were all very nice. would go back if in the area again.
Went during happy hour and the prices were great. The quality of fish was very good, you can tell it’s fresh! We also ordered the Chef’s Special ($15) which is on the HH menu and it could be a creative roll or some sort of appetizer. I’m not really sure what to call what we got, probably a sushi pizza? It was delicious. I also recommend the Udon Noodle Soup with the miso broth also on HH.
Love it, everything was great!!
Really confused as to how this place has so many positive reviews. Sushi is incredibly mediocre and overpriced; and service doesn't make the experience any better. Ambience of the place is cool with the kneeling tables and everything but I don't think I'll be coming here to eat anymore
Just discovered this little bit of Japan in PGA National shopping center.I went for the Ramen Noodle soup, of which they prepare 3 different dishes, mine was Traditional Miso based and was fantastic. I also had to try a Tuna Roll as an appetizer, very tasty and will try more Sushi in the near future.Traditional Japanese kneeling tables are offered beside the booths and tables.Parking lot is very big and parking is good for even the busiest of days.I will update my post when I return to my new favorite Restaurant.
This is one of 2 sushi places in the entire county that we will eat at. The fish is fantastic and the owners are so pleasant. Highly recommend.
