They couldn’t have got our order more wrong. The lemonade was sour, sour milk in our latte, and when ordering a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, they stuck an un-toasted bagel in a bag. Also didn’t help that the drive-thru attendant sounded like she would rather have a root canal than being there.
If I could rate lower, I would. Name change or not, donuts are the primary bread and butter for this chain. Sure Dunkin has branched out to crazy drinks and other breakfast items, but donuts will always be the shining star guiding this chain. Now, please explain to me how on Earth a restaurant that proudly displays “Donuts” on its sign is EVER out of donuts? I am not trying to come off as rude or spoiled, but one would think that donuts would be the one menu item that is always in abundance at a restaurant with the name of the food located within.I asked the drive thru worker why there were no donuts and all he had to say was “We are a busy location.” If you are so busy, plan ahead. I see comments from MONTHS ago stating the same complaint that they ran out of donuts by 3pm. Sure enough…when I stopped by at about 3pm today, out of donuts. This location closes at 7pm…so explain to me how they run out of donuts at 3pm. And, if this is an ongoing problem, why not…I don’t know….MAKE MORE DONUTS?! The excuse is absolutely ludicrous that I don’t know if I should roll on the floor laughing or write a negative review. Or, how about both?Fix your donut problem. It’s not rocket science. America may run on Dunkin, but this location clearly does not run on Donuts.
Is 3 pm and this Dunkin’ Donuts location has run out donuts when I asked the sales person he said since 12 pm they had no donuts for sale , not sure how is this place running their business but this is not the first time I had experience this at this location
If you want your food spit on and burned to a crisp come here. UNSANITARY and disgusting will never return. I’ve made a complaint to the state of Florida to have them investigated for cleanliness standards.
This happens all the time there is no consistency… they need to hire people that can actually do the job
This is undoubtedly the worst DD in Palm Beach County. Terribly rude staff that don’t care about the customers, they were actually OUT of donuts by 3 pm (that’s unacceptable for any restaurant) and the donuts themselves are not made well.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!
After today I'm done with Dunkin. All of them have become a problem, but this one in particular has the worst employees I've seen anywhere. Also, they are always our of everything, even the basics. What makes an establishment like this good is CONSTANCY which Dunkin as a company in whole seems to lack. Pinching pennies on labor and inventory might look good on paper, but all you're really doing is losing business.
Well maintain store its so proper and clean i wish all of the stores were like this one we pass by like 10 dunkin’s just to come to this one where we receive the best service.
I proudly RunOnDunks ... in many variations!Although I normally have Ice Coffee, I've been enjoying the Frozen Matcha with Blueberry as well!!
Man I'm not one to make a fuss but this one got to me. I ordered a large iced coffee. They gave me a medium. I politely asked for a large and even said I would pay for it. Legit watched the guy put my medium coffee into a large cup and just added ice to it and gave it back. Gotta love it! I frequent this dunks and usually the ppl working there are great fyi.
