Hands down the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Painstakingly slow, to the point that I walk out half the time. The only reason I go to this location is because of a coupon I have for free coffee and it's next to my job.From a business standpoint, I'm not sure why it's so difficult to run the place efficiently. There's usually three people working, which you'd think one person runs the cashier, one person makes the food, and the other coffee. But, unfortunately, that does not happen and next thing you know, you're waiting 30 minutes just to order a simple ice coffee. It seems as though the lady who makes the coffee has a disability, which is fine and i'm not discriminating whatsoever, but perhaps another job which doesn't require speed and efficiency would be better. Half the time she is taking her SWEET time and asking the other workers how to make the coffee, which takes the other workers away from their job and messes up the flow of everything. Truly the most incompetent Dunkin in probably the whole state of Florida. Sorry not sorry
I went to the store on 7/6/22 in the morning and I ordered a black coffee with a shot of Expresso and an ice coffee with cream and caramel. The lady who took my order made the drinks and the hot coffee had what the ice coffee required and the ice coffee was just cream and caramel. The red head female always makes what she wants and has a bad attitude. You remodel the store and give bad service. And this is not the first time I had bad service with the red head female, she's terrible. I think I had my last bad experience with this store!!! NEVER GONNA BUY COFFEE FROM THIS BAD SERVICE HAVING STORE!!!
Terrible! Not only a long wait, but an employee got into a verbal argument with a customer over a refund. The employee was yelling and using expletives towards the customer in front of several children including mine. Extremely rude and unprofessional!
These people are the slowest humans I have ever seen, specially the older lady in the front. They took forever to take 1 order. It took 20 minutes to get my Order ahead order, what’s the point of ordering ahead, if you still have to wait 10 minutes when you get there. They apparently ran out of the brew I needed for my order but didn’t say anything! I just watched the cups sit on the counter. My coffee was disgusting, it tasted like just water and cream, but I obviously didn’t have time to get it fixed because I was already late! It sucks because this is the only Dunkin around the area. Ever since the remodel they are the worst.
I ordered coffee, 2 donuts, bacon, and a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Coffee wasn’t full at all (I didn’t say anything about less ice) I received one donut and the bagel was plain and meat was cold. Very very upset with this place. I’ll have to take my business elsewhere
The coffee is great, but the food looks old. However the staff is great!! ?
I ordered a snackin bacon, hashbrown and a cold brew salted caramel iced coffee and I received a free donut with my meal. My complaint is about the snackin bacon first of all there was snap or crunch or cracked black pepper seasoning to the bacon at all and that left me totally disappointed. And the cold brew foam had not salty Caramel taste to it at all and that was also very disappointing as well. You all must do better at the PGA location. Sincerely Ms. Allen
Hours are 5:00AM and I showed up at 9:00AM pregnant and starving. Doors were closed with someone inside not answering.
Just stopped working here today i am honestly relieved i was about to quit after my next check this place is so unorganized the manager does not act like a manager never there , most of the workers are alright trying theyre best one of the samdwich makers can barley work or make a sandwich correctly cuz hes constantly taking shots on the job,place never has anything so the customers are most of the time always not satisfied this place needs new managment thats what it is.
I used to work at this location a little over 10 years ago. We always kept it clean, friendly, and fast service. Haven't been back since, but was in the area and needed coffee. I was SHOCKED when I walked in. Terrible service. Dirty store. Barely any food and coffee was not ready....it was only 2 pm. And they are still advertising pumpkin spice in the middle of December, while every other location moved on to peppermint (didn't bother me because I just get regular coffee, but still shocked) chairs were up on tables. The plaza had a wonderful makeover on the outside, but the inside has gone down hill.
