Horrible customer service sat at the drive-thru with no acknowledgement for 15 mins. We left this is not the 1st time.
Terrible, it took 25 minutes in drive thru to get a cup of coffee.Sad excuse for a “service business”
Slowest dunkin in south Florida. The employees here would rather talk gossip then actually work. They keep the doors closed because they are forcing you to go through the drive thru. That’s how lazy these people are.
Horrible customer service and attitude. Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Only received the bottom half! Went back and the worker tried to claim some people order it that way even though it was a menu item and not customized! It was supposed to be a cheddar melt, but all she did was slap a cold piece of cheese on top with another piece of toast. When I complained that the cheese was cold, she argued with me, gave me an attitude and started talking back, then continued to mumble under her breath. Would never go back here again.
One word RATCHET! Do yourself a favor and drive further down but go to a different Dunkin’ Donuts. They literally scream at you because you are checking your food and tell you to hurry up. All you need to do is see the people that work there to know this place is just GARBAGE. Then you call to speak to a manager and they don’t even have an option to speak to anyone. Working at a food place and they can’t even get that right, trash people are the worst kind.
Love my Dunkin Donuts in morning. Order with the app and it's ready by the time I pull out of my driveway and pull in to DD. Can't ask for it to be more simpler!
The worst! I do not know why I keep going back there. The customer service is awful, the people there seem like they hate their jobs and are very rude. They ALWAYS get my order wrong so I'm officially done with DD!
Worse customer service, the guy who took our order just in general was rude, we asked if there was eggs in the donuts, and said he flat out didn't know. They barely had any choices cause they were all "out". Get some smarter people to work here and not people who have no idea what to do.
Employees make this store a playground to do as they please. Was Ccosed on a Friday at 5pm indoors. The 2nd time employees were unprofessional, disrespectful and run poorly so I left without ordering. Close this place down management!
Drive in widow had traffic backed out onto northlake...major safety..... tried to walk in but all the doors are shut locked. Uncalled for I suspect the staff is lazy. I quest I Just I go back to starbucks...
