We had to wait upto 5 min to be served and the dark skinned girl was swipping and serving drinks , not hygienic at all.
This loction on Military Trail and PGA Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens is the best location if I need my drinks done perfectly. No kidding, I often skip locations nearby to drive straight here. The cappuccino is always a cappuccino and latte is latte (unlike other places where it is a roulette what you really get). Recently I learned that also iced chai latte is better than anywhere else. The right amount of sweetness (in other places they soak it in sugar syrop excessively). Employees try their best to work fast and don't forget to be kind at the same time. 10 stars for them.
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. Inside was disgusting with trash not taken out, after waiting 10 mins employees incorrectly made the food, and the employee preparing the beverages lacked hygiene standards as she continuously pull down her mask to wipe with her bare hands snort from her nose!Same employee who wiped her nose didn’t attempt to wash her hands but it was successful on being on her phone while customers were waiting. Never again.
The people at this location work hard and keep a great attitude despite it being so busy. It is walk up only but the manager does a great job of remembering all the names of the regulars and trying to get everything done quickly.
The most chaotic, disorganized Dukín I have ever been to. Staff seems to have no idea what they're doing. The only guy who knew what he was doing at the register is no longer there. It has been like this for the past several months!!! Getting a small coffee can take 15 min!!!
Not get the right order, and when I try to explain he didn’t want to do it, I try to talk to manager she get angry and try to make excuses, after that she invalid all everyone in the store and keep saying I work hard and kiss my a… . Five people work and I don’t know how is understaff, she keep taking about me so load and portent she is under pressure of work.
I came in for a simple bite to eat. When I walked in there were quite a few people standing around and it was not busy at all.I didn't even arrive at the register when I heard a person to the side, who was on their phone, barked out "what would you like." Truly unprofessional in front of many other staff members. I found it rude. I have a funny feeling this person is either a supervisor or manager and this is what they're teaching their staff. Really? It made no sense why other people wouldn't have asked me respectfully, "what can I get for you" who were closer to the register.No sooner did they take the order that person walked away, still on their phone heading outside. I don't know who they were but it was a bad representation of this Dunkin.
Worst ever. Went there to grab breakfast. When I started eating bagel, it literally was rock solid. It seems like what they show on their shelves, give you totally opposite and expired many days old bagels. I won’t go to any Dunkin’s anymore unless they improve their services and provide to customers what they are being charged!
This Dunkin is consistently the worst I’ve been to. They always mess up orders, no one knows what they are doing and management is nowhere to be seen. The employees are always arguing with each other too. Not to mention they run out of everything in the afternoons. Horrible experience.
I've come to this location before only as a walk in customer. Today however was freezing so I decided to use the drive thru. Boy do I regret it. I was the fool that waited in the drive thru line for more than 30 minutes only to be disappointed by both the food and the customer service. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant--the cheese wasn't melted, the sandwich was haphazardly thrown together, and the croissant looked old and did not taste fresh. The employees seemed mad. Crazy how they seemed to rush my food but yet took more than a half hour to get through like 7 cars ahead of me.
