We walked in and were standing there with everyone walking by us and not taking us to our seats, I had to call one of the waiters and ask if I should leave because I was not getting any help. I would understand if they were busy but they were not. We got there before the rush so we wouldn’t have to have a long wait. the waitress served the others that came after us and then she took our orders. the food made me feel bad after eating it and I was throwing up. The staff were more welcoming to other persons and they looked at me as if I was in the wrong place. It made me feel really disappointed and angry. If anyone came to our table I would have a smile on my face and I always said thank you. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I will just stick to the one on village blvd. I’m never going back to the one on Northlake Blvd. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
We wanted duffy's after my sons graduation " class of 2022" go Panthers. To put it simply our waiter Chris was on point hands down the best. The quality of service the best. Paul the manager helped to make us feel even more well when he came to check on us we were a party of 11 with no reservations... they us like we owned the place.
Miss Vanessa gives exceptional service and we really appreciate that. She definitely takes great care of us when we stop in there and her recommendations are always excellent.
I was hoping to have a seat at the bar since it was mother's day & I wanted to watch the game - I was not disappointed ?
Kaitlin was our server and she was Awesome! There were seven and a half of us (baby) and she was so pleasant. I had to tell the manager (Jamie) how impressed I was with her. She treated everyone with respect! First time at this location and I hope to interact with her again.
Used to be one of my favorite sports bars for MANY years in many locations. However after raising prices all over their menu its no longer worth it! This location seemed VERY dirty. A young girl eating at a booth had two small dogs inside there eating off a plate of food right on the FLOOR. Disgusting. Have never seen this inside a restaurant --just outside. My server was good. But food was terrible. I ordered boneless chicken wings and it looked like a chicken breast cut into squares and tossed with wing sauce. Little sad salad, martini glass looked dirty. I wont go back.
Kaitlin, was absolutely amazing!! Her attentiveness was spot on! Personally was warm, kind and heart felt.. Kaitlin makes you feel like your your right at home. Make sure sure to ask for Kaitlin for your next trip to Duffy’s!!
We quit going here before the pandemic started because the food and service were not good multiple times. Decided tonight to give them another chance. NOPE! It’s Monday night April 4th. Not busy at all. Three employees standing by the counter at the entrance. It took them 4-5 minutes to pick up menus and seat us after asking how many in our party. Then the hostess wanted to seat us in the bar area. I am not a fan of sitting in the bar area so I politely said so. She asked if a table in the dining room was ok. I said yes. When we were shown to a table, it was right in the middle of the room. As I looked around, I realized ALL the unoccupied tables and booths had dirty dishes on them. I could not stay. It was not busy, employees were standing around and there were clearly tables that needed to be cleaned. A bit of advice…if you got time to lean, you got time to clean!
2 for 1 all day all night great servers they hook you up with all the best deals they can. They are so friendly. Always checking on you in a good way making sure you have everything and are ok. Don't get me wrong they leave you in peace while you eat but they occasionally check up every so often to make sure you don't need any. Remember the reward point if your a Duffy fan . GOOD FOOD for the price .
After being rejected by 2 restaurants due to a large party we went to Duffy’s with minimal wait time. We had a waitress named Kaitlin. She had a positive attitude and was an excellent waitress.
