Located in beautiful courtyard of an office complex with a putting green and fountain.Follow HID signage to get into courtyard. Coffee shop is in rear right corner. Friendly service and fantastic coffee and food! Eat outside on covered patio. Worth the effort to find it!

Let me just say, Craig and Sarah know what’s up when it comes to gourmet food at reasonable prices. They have culinary backgrounds from Italy and know how to wow your pallet with their choice of ingredients. This place is hands down our new favorite breakfast and lunch joint. Words of advice, do not let the business park fool you. There’s an insanely beautiful courtyard with a coy pond and putting green. Great way to relax while enjoying some amazing grub. Found Deli-licious cucina & cafe today while looking for something else than Dunkin’s breakfast sandwich… let me tell you, what a find! Had the LOADED BAGEL sandwich and a oatmilk latte and it was the best bagel sandwich I’ve had in forever. The ruby port tomato jam made the combination of eggs, hash brown, cheese and bacon stand out like crazy! Place is a bit hard to pin point but owner called me just to make sure I knew how to get there… will definitely come back for more stuff! Highly recommended!
Location is complicated but if you read the other reviews they are helpful and it gets you right there. Plus it's kinda of fun to walk thru the breezeway to find it. I got the french toast and eggs. It was superb!

Great stop! Owners were very friendly and the food rocks! Highly recommend the bagel breakfast sandwich.To get there: park in the lot Google takes you to, then walk through the breezeway to get to the courtyard in the center of the building.
