Understaffed and the current employees are pretty garbage. Food does not taste fresh and is a long way off of the original Chipotle vision. Pay your people more and get higher quality output
This Chipotle was undoubtedly the worst location I’ve been to in my entire life. The employees were horrible! Rude, zero smiles, and when I asked the man behind the counter how he was doing he didn’t even care to respond. But the worst of it all was the portions. Yikes!! Hardly even a few pieces of chicken! That’s not even enough protein for a child, let alone me, someone who just finished weightlifting! I’m looking for good hardly, high protein meal! Not 3 tiny pieces of chicken. And when I asked for more & kindly told him that I thought that didn’t look like the normal proper serving (it was far less than their spoonful), he refused to give me more unless I paid for double chicken. So I said, “fine, let’s do double”! And he only put a few more pieces. It STILL looked smaller than a regular portion & now I’m paying for double! I was really upset but didn’t show it as I didn’t want to be rude back & I didn’t even want to write a bad review after. However now I just went a second time, even after that horrible experience because I wanted to give them a second chance! Unfortunately this 2nd experience was just as bad, maybe even worse! And this time I just had to write a review! Purely so others don’t make the same mistake I did, by coming to this horrific location! If you want good food, go to any other chipotle location!! Chipotle is fantastic, just not this location. Hopefully they will change staff & maybe then it’ll become a good location! ??
I ordered online for pick-up 4 times from this location. The first 3 were good so I figured all these negative reviews were just overblowing things out of proportion. My 4th was horrible though and I am never returning back to this location again. So what happened? I placed an order online for pick-up, once home I discovered 1. The quesadilla that had fajita veggies and no cheese had cheese but no veggies. The person it was for can't eat cheese. 2. The second item was a burrito bowl missing half the items, it ended up being white rice, guac and sour cream. Basically, we would need to get food from somewhere else because this was not suitable for dinner.First thing I did was call the location. Ended up calling them 5 times before someone picked up. The person who picked up identified himself as the manager. Apparently they were out of some ingredients that night. Okay so I asked 1. Why didn't you ask if I could get a replacement when I picked up and 2. can I get a refund? Was told rudely that the only solution was to go on the Chipotle website and request a refund. I did. And 3 weeks later no one has reached out to me, no resolution. So a word of caution. If you order online and they run out of items, you will get what they do have for the same price and no one will ask you if you'd like a replacement. And you will never get your money back. So I'd suggest avoiding this location. Maybe even all Chipotle locations because the corporate office doesn't seem to care either.
Have already had a poor experience here and tried giving it another chance, won’t be happening again.By far the worst chipotle in the area. Horrible customer service. Poor portions. Order was completely wrong.Would give 0 stars if possible. Wouldn’t be surprised if this location ended up closing down because of the staffing.
The employees will be the sole reason this location fails. The attitudes of the employees at this location are just sad. They short you on portions, and when you complain there isn’t even a hint of an apology. Not even the manager knows how to answer the phone professionally. Loved the idea of having a chipotle close by, but the final execution of it leaves a lot to be desired.
The food ordered was ok albeit portion size was rather small but order was accurate. The employee at the pick up window had 0 customer service skills and you couldn’t even get a grunt out of her if you tried to greet her or thank her for the food. This was my second and probably last order from this location until staff changes are made as the previous experience was a carbon copy of this one.
Love the drive thru idea but that's about it. I did not get what I ordered & my bowl did not have a lid, they used foil paper instead. Their customer service is terrible, they definitely need to be re-trained. Not welcoming or pleasant at all.
They were out of guacamole but didn’t say anything until I got to that part of the process had they told me when I walked in the door I would’ve went somewhere else the grilled veggies were raw and the girl who’s only job is to put your food in a bag with a fork and a napkin failed to give me a fork and a napkin. I didn’t realize this till I was in the car so I went to the drive-in window and there was five people that looked at me and proceeded to ignore me for a minute before finally acknowledging me with haste.
I’m not even the one to write reviews, even bad ones, so if this doesn’t warn you then I don’t know what will. I don’t live by this location but I was in the area so I ordered for pickup at 4:10 which was their earliest time. I get there 4:19 and my food wasn’t ready. As someone who used to work in food service, I know how it is to fall behind so I was patient. While I was waiting, there was other people having problems at this location. One lady seemed to be working for a delivery service and waiting a long time, another delivery driver was told someone took his food and wasn’t even offered an option to remake it, another lady’s transaction was messed up, and another guys food was wrong. Despite this, I already paid for the food and decided to continue waiting. I haven’t eaten all day and was becoming nauseous so I had no choice.30+ minutes later, I finally get my food which I had to ASK the cashier to get. My first main problem is ASKING the cashier for my order that I placed ONLINE for PICKUP. Why is there a pickup area if the food is just going to be left behind the counter and you have to ask for it? I got my food and was getting napkins and utensils and my chips were missing. I was trying so hard not to be frustrated with the cashier but seeing as what I’ve gone through so far it was hard not to. I told him my chips were missing and he says something along the lines of “we don’t have anymore.” So here’s where my second main problem lies. You didn’t think to A. Tell a manager, B. Tell people who ordered online about the situation, or C. Ask your coworkers if there was anymore? Absolute foolishness. At that point I just took what I had and left the restaurant. As I mentioned earlier, I was nauseous so I didn’t check my food thoroughly I just needed to get home to eat. Upon further inspection they put pinto beans and fajita veggies on my damn bowl. I did not ask for those on my bowl. If you have the screen telling you exactly what I wanted highlighted in blue on the bowl how the hell you still get it wrong? I proceeded to have to hand pick out the beans and fajita veggies so I could eat. And if that doesn’t put the icing on the cake, I paid through a gift card so I couldn’t be refunded only given rewards.Moral of the story is: Don’t order from this location. Take the extra few minutes drive and go to the other location on PGA, the one in the Gardens Mall, or even the way in Juno. Either way, do not waste your time going here because you’ll be met with nothing but disappointment and frustration,
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I totally understand things are tough and it’s hard to find staff. The workers here are incompetent and clearly not trained. Someone walking off the street could do a better job. Ordered online and still had to wait 45 beyond the pick up time to get food. They served everyone who came in without a preorder first. Their masks were under their chins. The place was FILTHY. We ordered chips and queso only to be told that they were out of chips, which would have been ok if they would have credited us back for what we did not get. The workers said they could not credit us and they “didn’t know what to do.” DO NOT GO HERE.
