giving 5 stars because the cashier at this location (he could’ve also been a shift manager) was so nice to me when I was having one of the roughest days. All he did was smile and call me “love”, and in that moment, it melted my grief and sadness. It just goes to show how one kind word or gesture can really make a difference. I didn’t have cash to tip, and their card reader wouldn’t give the option to do so, so I ran and pulled money from an atm. Tip people in the service industry!! They have some of the toughest jobs, and generally don’t get paid even close to livable wages.
Went in to order and was told I can’t purchase chips because they were only for online orders but I could have queso. Makes no sense but not surprised. Lousy customer service.
Food prep and utensils area wasn’t clean and sanitized. Staff is nice but young and not really self aware.Chips tasted stale, damp, and a bit hard like they been there a long time. No where close to hot, crispy, or fresh.
I have been multiple times and this is an outstanding chipotle. Friendly, fast - Great work guys. Appreciate it!
This chipotle consistently forgets sides of gauc and chips that are paid for. Just disappointing that something so simple can never be done correctly..
We normally have a great experience at this Chipotle! The staff are polite and rather quick at preparing some delicious food! I ordered the burrito with steak, like always. Unfortunately, it was very spicy this time and I could not eat it. My husband got the chicken bowl which was not spicy and delicious! He could not enjoy his food either since we had to switch (he can tolerate spicy). He noted that the steak was fatty. We will try again and hope for the best :)
Their bowls are awesome and they have good sweet tea
This was my first experience with Chipotle. Honestly, after all the hype, it wasn't bad but not that great either. We got two burritos and one drink and it was over twenty dollars. The staff was super nice and the restaurant was clean. The food was good but not great. It bothered me that for the burritos to be priced as they are, all those sauces at the counter should be included and they are not. I'd be much less annoyed if that were the case. But hey, no judgement to the fans. I'll go find a good taco truck for myself.
