Food was old. Rice was hard. Portions of meat were ridiculously small. Food was everywhere. Queso had meat mixed into it. No forks multiple times. Workers need proper training. Very disappointing.There wasn’t even toilet paper in the restroom.
Came to say the same thing as the previous reviewer - this was always a borderline location (I've had them completely miss entrees in small online orders, which I didn't figure out until I got home - shame on me). But they've lost my business with today's "online only" order signs. The "why" on the sign was because "we didn't have enough people show up to work today". Not the way real businesses are run - even McDonald's wouldn't pull this.
Accepting online orders only? When there are 4 capable people standing behind the counter? This location was borderline acceptable before but now I'm done w it. I'll either drive to Indiantown or eat elsewhere.
Awful customer service, food was 20 min late from pickup order. Employees talked instead of making my order, and then also informed me 20 minutes later that they were out of steak. They switched it to chicken but still charged for steak.
Had a fantastic experience catering with this Chipotle location about four times in two weeks. I’m in charge of feeding a minor league baseball team twice a day, and all of these guys (early 20s) LOVE Chipotle. The last time I had to get the time of delivery changed because of a weather delay. Chipotle’s policy doesn’t allow for changes within 24 hours, but they made it happen for me and I couldn’t be more grateful. The day of the game, when I didn’t get a DoorDash notification, I called the restaurant. The manager explained that when they changed the time, they probably didn’t update the delivery time with DoorDash. Since this Chipotle location was less than a mile away, I offered to come and pick up my order, but the manager wouldn’t hear of it. He drove it over himself and even gave me a couple of free entree cards. Great customer service all around at the Donald Ross Chipotle location!!
I love the Chipotle chain but this location is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. One bad experience may be a bad day, two may be bad luck, but time after time, this restaurant continues to disappoint. It’s a mess, the service is slow, the customers are neglected, and to top it all off, the last and final time I ate here, I fell terribly ill for the next two days. I hope this place can improve but I will no long subject myself to be a “guinea pig” in trying it out. Good luck!
Worst interaction I’ve ever had in food service. Asked for a courtesy water cup and was told by the manager Christine “we’re out of water cups so you have to buy a bottle of water or purchase a cup.” Then preceded to mumble under her breath while walking away because she has no experience in management. Just kept saying “I just work here”
I never write reviews but I have been to this chipotle multiple times and tried to give them grace but every time I go to this location they mess up an order. They also are always out of an ingredient and the place is always a mess with food everywhere.
I love ordering the salad and literally every time I order it through the app at this specific location or go in person they conveniently never have the salad dressing. They should just pull it from the menu if they can’t include the dressing with the order.
