Mostly responsive staff that got through a busy lunchtime line quickly. Unfortunately, the dining area and drink service area was terribly dirty and unkempt. Worse, the plasticware was all out and the relatively quick but uncaring staff was not warning folks who were getting bowls that they may prefer a handheld option instead.I get in this economy the luxury in keeping working staff, however, so at least the service is relatively quick. Make sure you are up to date on your shots and keep your camping gear handy if eating here.
This is the only location I order from in the Palm Beach Gardens area. The customer service is great and they have never once messed up my online order and the food is always so flavorful which is more than I can say for the Northlake location. The Northlake location never fails to get my order wrong and it always lacks any real flavor.My only complaint is that the dinning area and bathrooms aren't always the cleanest but I never dine in so that doesn't matter to me anyway
I am usually a big fan of chipotle but the last few times I have visited this location I have been very disappointed. The place is so dirty and the food doesn’t taste fresh at all. I ordered online and had to wait for 5 minutes to get my food that had been sitting behind the counter. Chipotle prides itself on fresh food and this feels far from it.
GROSS...very disappointing, ordered off website and had delivered thru Door Dash, seems when you get delivery they just short you on everything....no cheese on burrito bow, salsa is old with funky onion taste, everything has gone downhill since covid....im tired of it, were paying more than ever and quality is horrible now.
I just stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to be waited on and nobody would even acknowledge that I was there! There were 3 workers making online orders and stopping to gossip instead of waiting on customers that were there! so needless to say I never ordered and walked out and nothing was ever said! Horrible customer service! I will never go to that location again and maybe never any Chipotle again!
I’ve been working down the road for about eight months now, first couple times I went everything was fine. I actually considered it a pretty decent chipotle location. The last three times I have eaten there it seems like all their staff is out of whack and don’t know what they’re doing. I was skimped on meat, the sauce was put on one side of my burrito, I then went to the tabasco sauce area and had to throw away the empty bottles myself and ask for a new one. On top of all of this I picked up for my coworker the same day and his order was 1000% wrong. I think the staff needs replacement, one time acceptable but three? I’ll be going to Jupiter location from now on.
I can’t believe how disorganized and dirty this place was. Ate there last night; had to wait a bit to order even though the servers were right in front of us cleaning the counter on their side? Then we had to wait to pay because there was no cashier available for several minutes. But worse of all, the floor and almost every table in the dinning area were disgustingly dirty…food all over the place. The kids working there were very nice, but I will never go back! Ugh!
I love their food. Their food is amazing. The rice & beans with guacamole and the salsa are to die for. The service and employees there are so nice to me. I sometimes come to this place eat lunch after-school.
I love the the so called US Mexican style food and Chipotle is one of my favourites. I noticed the service is far far better in the Garden Mall and Northlake Blvd stores compared to PGA blvd one.
Dirtiest Chipolte I have ever been in. Every countertop was filthy and there were only 2 customers there. It was 3 PM...so must have been this way for an hour. Go to Northlake.
