TERRIBLE customer service. The young girl at the register had her phone in her hand the entire time and didn't even look up to acknowledge that I was handing her money. Our food sat on the counter as she continued to play on her phone before she finally bagged it and handed it to us. Zero respect and customer service skills. Our fountain drinks were wrong probably due to the fact that she didn't raise her head one time to see what she was doing but instead texting. Food is okay.
Worse customer service!! I called and order a delivery, while I was trying to get the time when delivery will arrive, Henry (manager/boss) hung up. I called back and he was so rude!! I’ll never support a place that just want your money and lack of decency and professionalism.
Wanted some Chinese food for lunch and hit the Chinatown at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall. Really disappointed in the quality of the food. First while it was not cold it was barely warm. The meat that was supposed to be Orange Chicken was at least chicken (I hope) but was not tasty and was tough. The fried rice was good. The staff were not friendly and I would say really rude. The cashier did not even look at me as she was looking at her phone the whole time. No one said anything to either my wife or I and no one said thank you for spending our money there. Can not recommend this place and we will not be back.
I’ve been going to this place for about 5 years now and I’ve never had any issues what so ever. Their food always has the same quality, their service is always the same. As soon as you approach their booth, they come up to you and all what you would like. I order pretty much the same thing over and over again and I’ve always paid the same pricing for what I ordered. Food is great and fresh, and has ACTUAL flavor compared to many other Places. I had recommended this place to my fiancé and he LOVED it.
Lady in this location was extremely rude. She was upset and bothered when I asked for a fork and when I asked for hot sauce yelled at me in front of all the customers. I was very embarrassed and disappointed. She clearly doesn’t like her job. If I was the owner I would not want someone like that serving my business.
Customer service is non existent, if my child didn't insist she at Chinese I wouldn't have gone. I ate elsewhere. Both of the workers attitudes were awful for no reason. They won't greet u, she was rude to the lady in front of me, didn't give her a chance to cash out and give the woman her card back and she was already auctioning off a drink to me.
The Honey Chicken gave me food poisoning and the Crab Ragu barely had any cream cheese in it AND it tasted horrible. The wonton wasn’t even fully cooked. The only good thing from this place is the bottle of water they gave me. Never going to this place again!!!!
The food and service were beyond my expectations. I absolutely enjoyed the environment of this place. Awesome place to take the family out for dinner.
I visit this spot a lot since I work nearby. I like how their customer service is always fantastic and they keep the spot clean constantly. Prices are affordable and they serve sizeable portions.
I I thought this place was really good at first and really clean but definitely not because tonight I just got food from there and I found a bug in my lo mein and I was so grossed out I will never be able to eat here ever again I do not recommend!!
