Cindy's service was excellent! The meals were delicious and our grandsons enjoyed all of their kids meal.
Couldn’t get help from store employeeShe was rude when answered the phone3 cars were in curbside pickup (2 dashers) and store employee rudely responded “if you’re in a rush, you’re more than welcome to come pick up your order. she’s very busy”meanwhile, no employee was to be found and there was absolutely nobody in the dining room or the parking lot for that matter. this is the 5th time that I’ve come to pick up a doordash order and the 5th time i had to go inside and pick it up myself
went to dinner for my moms birthday. Unfortunately the manager was extremely rude and a bit unstable and scolding my family for me being frustrated, I expressed my frustration with my steak being undercooked and having to wait the whole time until the dinner was over and it was my moms steak and she wanted to come, when finally bringing out it was a 6oz we got a 10oz it was charred, didn’t even ask how we wanted it which was medium rare, than scolds the table . Worst dinner ever in my life, waverly Augustin is mgr I said I’m going to contact corporate and he said “Go ahead!” Very professional
Great place, but mind you, there are no prices on the drink menu?. Different than the Chili's in Norfolk, Virginia where they had $4 drink at happy hour. Anyways, great service here.
To go orders are all a freezing cold and soggy mess every time, doesn't matter what you order and even when ordering and picking up on time. God forbid you get fries or bread, every time it's all soaked through and dripping and cold and inedible. Leads me to believe that To go orders are just what other customers eating there sent back within the last few hours aka trash and if it happens to match someone's order online they throw it in a plastic and say it's fresh. I fear eating the food in to go orders because it's so cold and seems so old that I'm sure I'd get food poisoning. Disgusting, wasted money in the garbage.

I've Loved Chili's since the 90s when I first tried it.However years ago, it seemed like their food quality went downhill quite a bit. To the point where I stopped eating there for many years.I just recently went to Chili's, to meet a friend, and the food was back to 1994 quality haha.So to make sure it was not a fluke I actually went to Chili's three times that week.. food was just as good each time.The prices were very good, and if you join the Chili's club, they give you free chips and salsa.. it's absolutely free to join and there's really no hoops other than putting your name and email.I will be eating a lot more dinners at chilis in the future
I order the same thing every time I go. The original crispers, corn and Texas fries. If I’m really hungry I order the chocolate chip cookie skillet as well. Yummy!
I went here with my family on valentines day. The food was really good. I am definitely going again.
I was at Chili’s for the first time and it was on V-day. My wife is bit choosy when it comes to food, but we both loved the food there and more over my 7 yr old enjoyed his meal very much. The people were very nice and courteous. I would love to visit again and I do recommend Chill’s.
