We didn't eat anything here , we we're at the mall. But food is always consistent at all the one's we have been .
Ordered 3 basic sandwiches and two drinks. Got No sandwich no drinks no refund. And the manager was a complete jerk. Literally had to call the police on this guy. He stole my money and refused me service. All because his team member messed up my order three times.
I just hate when you do curbside that they don't start making your order until you get there so you wait 15 minutes in the parking lot. Otherwise it's great.
Excellent servers, excellent food and price and it's fast.. people are very warm and it makes you feel like family
I don't know what's wrong with these people that they can't read an order slip. May seem small but they can't tell the difference between honey mustard and yellow mustard. This has happened several times and I'm sick of it
My first time. And, last time. Certainly not FAST food. Ordered 3 sandwiches for breakfast. Got to the window and told the biscuits would take another 6 minutes. Skipped that one. Took the rest back to my office. Discovered the fried potatoes are little discs crammed into a little box that looked like they had been chewed up. Limp and sad. The sandwich on a muffin: well, muffin thick, tough and not toasted, just dry bread. The sausage patty was thick, artificial grill marks, flavorless. The other sandwich: Grilled chicken with the artificial grill marks, tough and without flavor. Overall, a monotonously slow and dissatisfying experience, not to be repeated.
I’m at the location almost every week and it seems to be continually getting worse each time. They barely get the orders right now, the staff spends too much time talking amongst themselves and the line backs up halfway down the food court. The food, is usually pretty good but lately it hasn’t not met Chick Fil A standards in my mind. I will continue to go there because hey it is Chick Fil A, but it could be much better.
Never had an issue with the Chick fil a at the Gardens Mall!!! Best service and taste of all the Chick fil a's I've been to in Palm Beach County FL
Horrible experience today at PBG mall location.Mixed up order; ordered two meal deals with fries and drink which team members screwed up.Had no fries with one and gave us sweet tea instead of unsweetened with other.Brought it to cashiers attention only to be told we’d have to pay for extra fries & bring back sweet tea in order to receive new (unsweetened) one.?I’ve eaten at establishment for years but was flabbergasted over treatment and service.This location must be revamped.I’m fired up because being a Christian I like to promote & eat at valueddriven restaurant’s.Hopefully my review will help others that may experience similar service ?
