Went to get some chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks tonight with my boyfriend and the service was absolutely incredible. All the staff members were so kind and helpful and really made it 100x better. Doris was so funny and sweet and we couldn’t leave a survey for her because we didn’t have the receipt with the code but she was awesome! Give her a raise!
A waste of 11 dollars , I order the chicken sandwich it was overcooked and fried hard like a brick , I also ordered the fish sandwich it too was overcooked and saturated in grease the bun was soggy all of it was horrible , the fries were grease drenched. Over all I will never go to checkers again. This location ruined it for every checkers I ever see
If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! On July 8th @ 12:51AM we went through the drive through to place our order. Keep in mind a car in front of us had just pulled off. As I’m finishing putting in my order, an employee came out to tell me they closed 30 minutes ago. However the business hours on the drive through say they don’t close until 1AM. I ordered an Uber here bc I’m from out of town, so to see the unprofessionalism and lack of care from this establishment is disgusting! Please consider doing better in the hiring process of your employees and not hiring ppl who don’t care about their work or the business!
NORMALLY LOVE ALL ITEMS ON CHECKERS MENU! BUT, I DROVE OUT OF MY WAY JUST TO ENJOY A DELIGHTFUL FROZEN TREAT ON A HOT, HUMID, VERY SUNNY S. FLA DAY. MY FAVORITE SWIRL CONE WAS A LICK AWAY TIL I BECAME DISAPPOINTED HEARING,"THE SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM MACHINE ISN'T WORKING TODAY!" WHAT?? SO I WAS FORCED TO SETTLE FOR LOTS OF THEIR TASTY & DELICIOUS *SEASONED* FRENCH FRIES FOR A LONG ROAD TRIP HOME!! EXCEPT HALF-WAY THERE I HAD TO RETURN TO BUY 3 DOUBLE BACON BURGERS & A CHILI DOG TO TOTALLY SATISFY US
Need help real bad.. I'm a Shift Manager at Checkers in Sample Road Pompano Beach, Fl and when I came to pick up my door dash order they was so busy and I came in and give them a hand.
Horrible I honestly feel like the workers here are so jealous and just nonchalant they should be ashamed that's a baconzilla I asked for lettuce also got none charged for it also this sandwich was made so laxy and left sauce packets in the sandwich thanks for letting everyone know y'all over there you use mayonnaise out of sauce packets why what a company literally will hire anybody with 2 hands workers are careless and need to be fired you should be able to get a decent meal without the employee looking at you funny they don't care about the company the represent the lady had on a durag hat and hoodie over it please do better and she also told the line cook add lettuce which I think he purposely didn't put any on there who fault is it you work at checkers make better life decisions or come to work ready to serve
The management at this location is poor. Sad to see one employee running around doing all the work, probably making minimum wage while Checkers gets richer and richer. Treat your staff and customer better. I will not be patronizing this facility anymore.
This Checkers had one employee working at 5:00pm. She had to take the orders and cook the food. She tried but she really should have closed for the night. The line was almost near Northlake but most people left so I was able to get my order.
Service was ok as there were only 2 workers my fries were hard as a rock as tho they were cooked the night before and everyone knows the fries are what you eat 1st everything else was ok
We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but recieved a regular chicken sandwich. The store wouldn't take it back and give us the right item.
