What a great place! The Palm Beach Gardens location has plenty of parking, the staff was polite and friendly! The restaurant was clean. Ordering was efficient and we received our order quickly with everything being correct. The food is excellent, best burgers we've had in Florida and the prices are not expensive. Highly recommend!!!
Yikes (referring to an earlier review) is correct. It’s a beautiful and hot Saturday afternoon. There is zero sense of urgency. Walked in for a quick shake for my kid and a beer for myself. Used the kiosk, was acknowledged by the staff, and took my number to my seat. 20 minutes passed and I never got my order until I took my receipt to the counter. I don’t want to get anyone In trouble, everyone seemed perfectly nice back there, but the kitchen seemed to be in a quiet, stoned, awkward, haze…...could just be a hot, bored, understaffed Saturday? Not a great time - especially for the given price point.
You often wait a bit for your order, BUT, it's always worth the wait. I LOVE YOU BURGERFI!!!!!!!
One of the worst customer service experiences around. Order took a long time which is understandable when its busy. When I asked manager for a status update after waiting over 20 minutes with my kids. She basically said she would refund me so that ‘she wouldn’t have to ever deal with me again.’ Unreal. She never even asked the kitchen about the order! She was a tall, black woman. Well she is right, will never go back. Waited half an hour only to leave empty handed. Lost a customer for life. Go to the burger fi in Citiplace instead. Night and day difference with this location
When I picked up the order she handed a bag towards me. Only 1 other customer waiting at the time as far as I could tell. I said is that foe me and gave her my order number. She nodded and gave it to me. Got home. Wrong order. Went back. Not a huge deal but had to wait, now it's over an hour later. She confirmed I was all set, and it seemed right. Got home and there were no adds (pickles, jalapeños) and were almost positive one was maybe a veggie burger. Fries were pathetic. $40 for lame food without any convenience.I also witnessed 3 other errors while I was waiting. Save yourself. Keep looking elsewhere.
So, they greeted all the wyte customers with a smile a friendly exchanges. Checked on them about their food and offered them free food when they returned. I didn't get the same fuzzy warm feeling. Never going back! And get this, all the workers were black!!! We treat our own people so wrong! Disgusting.
Was only person at 3:45 totally empty of customers. The cashier was funny and friendly the kitchen folks were nice too. OMG the onion rings are crazy very wide and hot and crunchy and greasy of course in a good way. Haven’t been here in years but it was nice of them to put a fry sauce for onions rings but I put it on burger instead. I will definitely be back and ask for more recommendations
The swag burger is a favorite! You will not be disappointed. And the fries are good but the onion rings are lightly battered fried deliciousness! :) The only thing we don't like is the paper straws so we bring our own reusable ones.
It was fabulous the cashier that I brought the beer from was wonderful to me. But the consumers never offered to help me with the beer because I was having trouble walking with it to not spill it but I spilled some of the beer ?. I enjoyed the eating outside. The guy in front of me in line was a real a hole to the cashier last night. Some guy wanted free food or something. The cashier apalisized to me.
So the food was delicious but the price is outrageous. I had a coupon for a free veggie burger and you had to buy fries and a drink. My friend and I got two milkshakes but "had" to also get a soda because that's what the coupon stipulated. Come on we just spent $8 on milkshakes. My friend wanted a side of barbecue sauce and it was 61 cents. Seriously? Had we not had a coupon it would have been $40 for two people.
