Ordered a special bagel sandwich with egg ,cheese and Pastrami. Upon taken my first bite the inside slip right out of the bagel. It also was not anything like the photo’s everywhere in the restaurant. I have the occasion to visit numerous bagel restaurants thru U.S. this is not one I would revisit and/or Recommend

I went on February 15, 2022 at about 9:00. Ordered an egg and cheese bagel. The people were very nice, the place was well stocked, I enjoyed my experience. Then I got home and this is what my food looked like. Because the people were so pleasant, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this bagel was straight up burnt. Someone saw this and served it to me anyway. I paid for this and the fact that someone sent me home with this is extremely sad.
Heres your bagel shop in Florida.Big difference is that the dont have any rolls. So no breakfast or cold cut sandwiches on rolls as you would find in a NewYork Bagel shop or deli.
I avoid as much as possible giving a bad review… but when I’m given a bagel with brown avocado spread, and my wife gets not ripe avocado chunks on hers, plus a not friendly welcome when ordering and my siblings both complain about the saltiness of their bagel, then I had no other choice. I wanted to rate it 1 star but gave an extra to make up for a few people in their staff that was actually nice unlike the others at the register.
I was shopping for pool supplies, decided to have a quick bite. Asked for an egg sandwich with bacon strips on the side. My sandwich arrived with no bacon. I got up and asked about my bacon. The manager and staff looked at me and called for a side of bacon. I went back to my seat hoping they would bring me the bacon. I finished my sandwich ,still no bacon. I stopped at the counter again, manager did not even bother acknowledging me, on my way out the door, a young employee tried to chase me with my refund. I simply declined it. I really wanted bacon, paid for it and did not receive. People need to realize, it is not about 2 bucks they charge for an item, it is about service.Needless to say, my last visit to this place. I will stick with Bagel [email protected]+hers.
Having grown up in New York, this place has bagels they are just as good as the ones I had as a kid. Love their everything bagels and specialty cream cheese!
Delicious, just like being in Brooklyn.
Ok I like the novelty...Brooklyn water to make your bagels. But there is still something missing. I ordered a BEC S/P/K. Disappointing. I miss my bagel place in NY.
