The service and food were excellent. The manager (Dana or Dania) was great and very welcoming. We will be going back.

Great experience overall, food was pretty good. Just have to work on cleanliness. My wine glass smelled like fish so super turn off. But I didnât complain so my fault.
Aside from being out of diet soda (!?), everything was fine, tasty and relaxing.

We usually love Brio. However the A team was not in the kitchen this visit. My husband's Ravioli di Bello came out floating on a sea of oil and grease. My pasta Brio had chunks of dried out overcooked chicken. There was also a small sharp bone in the "boneless" chicken. Very disappointing.
Food was excellent. Service slow to refill waters etc but overall excellent.
We requested an outdoor sitting but service was slow : it looked they forgot us.
It is our go to place every time we go to the Gardens Mall. We always find something good to eat! We did notice the menu was somewhat smaller, not really a problem. These are difficult times.
