This was our first time ordering from Bolay and let me just say that it won't be the last. We had an order for roughly 20 people and Peter the Manager was able to help us out with the entire process and was there to facilitate from start to end. Please make sure to come visit this place as the food was fresh, place was clean, and the customer service was impeccable.
Absolutely horrible, my experience at bolay on northlake was absolutely disgusting, i ordered my food, and the wait time was over 30 minutes, so i talked to the person at the register and they just shut me down completely. And they were cursing on shift to their co-workers, absolutely unprofessional. Then I tried to call a manager on the phone and a girl named trinity answerd and claimed she was the manager and started laughing at my issue and hung up.
Not sure if I hit this place on an off day, but it was not 5 stars in any means. I stopped in on a Sunday at 2pm and waited almost 25 minutes to even get to the counter. The food was average at best, but the staff was extremely slow and couldn't seem to manage a small crowd. Be prepared to waste 30 minutes to order your lunch. Won't be going back.

I am a first time visitor of Bolay, I came after it was recommended to me by a friend. This location was fast and friendly, and very very clean, they even have a hand washing station! The food was great and they give good portion sizes. I also loved their iced tea options.Will definitely return! Thank you
I went to Bolay on Northlake and this is a Bolay that I have visited frequently, but I hadn't been to this location in a while. So needless to say, I was surprised to find out that the cilantro noodles that they serve have been changed. They switch the thinner styled noodles to a more thicker noodle and I definitely think those noodles are definitely a wrong choice, the thinker noodle does not taste the same and taste like you would need to add salt to them. They definitely do not hold that cilantro taste like the more thinner noodle. Definitely ruined my Bolay experience with those noodles, and not to mentioned they have switched out the mushrooms for grilled corn??♀️??♀️??♀️, my shrimp didn't taste done, just ruined my whole food experience that day!!!!! Change those noodles ASAP!!!!!

Healthy Bowls and a nice option to get away from regular fast food! The large bowl is a good sized portion. I love the Spinach and Cilantro Noodle base layer - broccol and corn then with chicken (3 flavors all solid) - tasty beverages to choose from too. Younger employees were polite and efficient. 5 stars!
