I have been to many Blaze’s in different cities and this was my first and ONLY awful experience. While my friend was a first-timer, I knew what to expect and the staff didn’t seem to know how to explain the experience. They were not taking their jobs seriously, making jokes the entire time. Though I didn’t mind the humor, I would have at least expected them to be knowledgeable. They joked about how the cauliflower dough was frozen and how the sauces were not fresh. It stops being funny when it’s your food being prepared and you have stomach issues after.I don’t blame the staff for this. Management needs improvement.
Gave them two tries this past weekend. On Friday, the pizza was black like charcoal on the bottom, but somehow cold and soggy. On Sunday, the dough was completely misshapen and the crust was pressed down and flat. The pizza was pale, undercooked and didn’t fit in the box properly because of being pressed down to stretch (not how you’re supposed to stretch dough). It wasn’t even a nice circle. Also, a random piece of oily spinach was crumbled up on the corner of the box despite the pizza being just cheese. The cheesy pesto bread we ordered was also pale, looked gross and undercooked and did not properly fit in the box. Somehow, all the food we ordered was cold again, but instead of completely burned it was super pale. The boxes and tickets were dirty as if they were handled with dirty hands that *maybe* had tomato sauce or something on them. I’ll never order from here again. Good sauce, but clearly zero fks given and poor kitchen hygiene. Someone is going to get really sick from eating here.
Not very clean. Nearly all tables need to be wiped down, trash on the floor in various places. Bathrooms out of soap and floors looked like they were cleaned with a muddy mop. Trash cans were full in the eating areaStaff was pleasant and food was good.

The young fella cutting the pizza at the end was hilarious.Nice sausage and vegetables, would like about 3 more minutes in the oven, but didn’t notice till I was home (personal preference) and everyone was happy with theirs. This was my first experience with Blaze pizza. The food was really great, the portions were small but the ingredients were fresh and tasty.the bathrooms were filthy, no paper towels, overflowing trash can, sink toilet and Floors were filthy. I mentioned something to the manager and he did have someone go refill the paper towels at least. As far as the staff went there was not a smile in the place between them, the managers appearance with sloppy at best, you can tell he takes no pride in his appearance. The food was made fresh and prompt. As far as the food went it was five stars, the atmosphere and appearance of the restaurant we're at 1 at best.
Excellent service on PGA Blvd. The pizzas are absolutely delicious!! Made with fresh veggies. Make sure Grace makes your pizza!!
I really enjoy the build your own option. They also have vegan cheese and gluten free dough. I always have extra respect for the places that support the vegans.
Pizzas are well made and tasty. We tried cheese pizza, red wine pizza, art lover pizza amongst others. Quick service and great ambience.

I went there for my birthday and had the vegan pizza.They use vegan cheese and sauces and allow you to build the pizza the way you want. The food is fresh and cooked only after you order. They also have side orders for you to choose from as well.I took the first bite of that pie and couldn't believe how tasty it was. Let's just say, I'll probably be a regular now. HahaThe staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. This was my second time visiting a Blaze Pizza joint and it was definitely worth it.Blaze Pizza is legit. I highly recommend giving them a try.5 - Stars!
