It's an Arby's. You can place an order online, but they don't let you go through the drive through. Seems silly to do it that way.
C'mon now. I am an Arby's loyalist. And I'm very patient when it comes to being able to accept the changes in society and customer service post pandemic and give an extra pause to whatever anyone may be going through. However my experience tonight when dealing with Ashley I the drive-thru is inexcusable. There's absolutely no reason for rude behavior when we are just asking questions. If you have something that's not in stock or a size not available that's fine but we need to make adjustments to our order in those instances. When we were going to ask a question about the order at the window Ashley immediately interrupted, didn't find out the question we were going to ask, only to state that once an order is sent back to the kitchen we can't change it. That is to be false according to the manager on duty Andrea. It would have taken reentering the order however it can be done. Given we were only going to ask a question, we didn't even say we were going to change our order. But because of the defensive nature of Ashley and the rude behavior in anticipation of what we might ask we ended up leaving a pretty significant order behind and delaying our dinner even further just because we are not here to deal with rude people. Guess she had to change the order to the kitchen after all. This location has had issues if terrible service at times to exemplary service at times. Yet, every time, we go in there being nothing but nice. I'm not sure what kind of customer clientele you have, but anticipating antagonistic behavior from a customer and treating us all bad just because of other people you may have dealt with or maybe it's just in your innate nature to behave that way is unacceptable. I've been coming to this Arby's since 2000. There is a reason I have slowed my visits, and Ashley was the model for that reason.Do better.
25 minutes to get thru the drive thru. When I told the cashier it was terrible, he said if I was not happy, " don't come back !! I will never be back !!
This is used be such a good location. Last 2 times I went through the drive thru, I waited and finally drove up to the window to see the crew clowning around. Gave my order and got home and was missing 2 items. Both times.Saw the new Chicken Salad advertised on tv and it looked so good. Gave it another try. Same thing at the drive thru. Sat there and finally drove to the window. Same boy was acting like a fool and so unprofessional. Hands me the bag and ...yup....again 2 items missing. My nuggets and cookies. Got home to more disappointment. The 2 Chicken salad sandwiches barely had anything on them. Mostly bread and lettuce. What a joke. I realize things are tough these days. I spend my earned money for a quality product only to keep getting disappointed.
This place is a joke. How does my crew order lunch online go pick it up 30 minutes later for all 5 orders be wrong. Then the sandwich are all poorly put together they forgot 3 fries out of 5 meals. Just disgusting this place is pathetic. But I bet when the employee wants to eat they make themselves the best sandwiches. They need to put people food together as if it was your own. Have some respect for your job and yourself. Worst Arby's experience ever.
Coming from someone who was a GM at an Arby's for 2yrs. I always made sure to make the food to the customers order.I have had many customers ask me to shave the Roast beef. They tell me they can't do that. My question is WHY.Why when I was told my the DM Heather,,Make what the customer ask for.So being as I was told I can't have it how I like. I'm not Satisfied with this Arby's location. And it also took 15 minutes to get 2 sliders and a small fry n small Jamoca shake ..
Employees here are lazy and distasteful. Come during lunch time and they're cursing throwing around the "N" word. Visit for dinner at night? Laugh out loud and forget about it because they're not going to take your order at the drive thru, they're just going to leave you sitting there like a duck in the lake while time winds down which is they're true attention so that they don't have to take any orders for the last hour. I eat $120 worth of Arby's a week faithfully my fiancé and I. Well not anymore because Arby's doesn't care for our money a.k.a business.
Stopped to grab something quick to eat in my car. Service was great and fast. But then I was served this?? Was supposed to be an old favorite but this is just dry crumbs with none of the usual sandwich ingredients. I want my money back. ?
Usually Arby's at this northlake location has incredibly good customer service however, today, 3/26/22, at 1:03pm it was absolutely horrible. Most employees were polite but there was one old lady in back just as rude as can be.Very disappointed.
Love it love it love. All their sandwiches are excellent haven't tried any of the new ones yet.
