Food was cold, portions weren't right!
They have a thief working there. A couple weeks ago, my husband and I stopped in, grabbed some drinks, some rollers And some chips. Went to pay, entered my number, stuck my card in the reader. And the lady deleted my rewards number And entered hers. My husband made a comment saying wow you have 1800 points, wait?? Why did it go down to 700 points? She Collected the 800+ points I would have earned. I asked for my receipt and sure enough, the rewards number that was entered, and my number are different, and it was also not under my recent transactions in the app. I was appalled. The next day I stopped in to talk with the manager. The manager blew me off and told me to call this 1800 number, which they gave me 500 points for my troubles. Lol ? what a croc. And opened an investigation against the worker. This was about 3 weeks ago. Tonight I stopped back in, cause I am a frequent customer, and sure enough, who's behind the register? She was. Not sure of her name cause she didn't have a name tag on. But she is Spanish looking, wears a bandana, about 5 ft tall, and rude. I don't understand why they would continue to have a thief working for them. If she did it to me, then she does it to other people. Get it together 7/11

I came in here at 9:22 asking how long it would take for mini tacos and the worker Jean was very rude acting like he couldn’t make them with an attitude working with another lady with orange hair. At first I asked for egg rolls and he said they don’t sell egg rolls and I know that’s a lie he is very un educated and should t be working here period I come here everyday!
Update:::Still the most Awesome 711 Ever. I love the owners. Before you do a review please get to know them. You won't find more decent human beings! People from other countries are usually way sweeter than average Americans..Sad..these reviews don't reflect their personality and caring acts..The owners are a very sweet married couple that sold us their last 2 bags of ice before the last hurricane. It was actually their own but we got to know each other through the years and they are very good people. Love them
Their chicken sandwich tastes and smells like plastic. You can’t expect too much from gas station food, but I don’t feel like this store is regulating when the food goes out or how long it’s been in the heaters.
Rude staff. I walked in and poured myself a slurpee. The slurpee was like water and I asked the cashier whether the machine was broken and apologized for the inconvenience. I expected either a “it’s out of order” or “let me check” or “oh it’s not ready, please wait” but instead she screamed at me saying “it’s not ready! If you see the red light, it’s not ready!!” There wasnt a sign to say it’s out of order or anything. I apologized, and left. I have never seen staff this hostile or know what I did to cause this reaction, but I will not come back in again as the staff are extremely hostile and rude.
