The food is good but the service not so much. Everytime I pay extra for extra sauce on my wings, i always seem to get less sauce than usual. And when i call ahead, i get told 25min, i get to the store and have to wait another 25. Let’s not forget the amount of times i’ve called to place an order, got put on hold and the worker never comes back
by far the worst place I have ever been wings was horrid I paid 60 extra Cent for wet wings and they were dry I did not like the service I asked the lady could I get my money back the Spanish lady to be exact she told me that the manager would absolutely not give me my money back which I thought was very wrong because if you have a dissatisfied customer who you have messed up their order twice before that you would want to make it right the place is disgusting i seenthe kitchen they try to hide it behind a curtain but i seen how nasty it was i should have just left then the health department needs to be called ASAP do not eat there it is horrendous
Cannot wait to return the 20 wings I purchased today at 4:33 & picked up at 5pm. I asked for Buffalo mild but came home with something very hot & they took my breath away! I had half a wing & was very upset about this! So tomorrow I am bringing q9 & 1/2wings back! Not sure what happened but definitely not what I ordered for 29.94 plus tip!

I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Jessica was her name and she was phenomenal. She was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgable about the food and she just had this friendly demeanor about her that made us all happy.

Ordered 10 boneless wings and small bacon cheese fries. Price was over 23.00. Fries were cold and cheese hard. Wings were little round balls bother sauces were wrong. Way overpriced and bad food. We will never order here aGain.
