If I could give zero I would. We just stood in their lobby waiting for service for ten minutes without one person even acknowledging us, INCLUDING THE MANAGER!!!! We were the only one's there and there was 2 cars in drive thru. 4 employee's, including the male manager literally looked at us and continued to chat with each other and do whatever it is they were doing in slower than sloth, I'm here for a paycheck mode.Every single person on shift tonight should be fired, with the exception of the lady outside on break who already knew the outcome when we walked out. Absolutely unacceptable and I feel that it was racially driven because had I been a poc with my husband and children it wouldn't have been an issue but because I'm Caucasian with a poc and biracial children they opted to completely ignore us. #dobetter
Avoid this place!!!! People don’t like their jobs here. The General Manger Misty Smith at Wendy’s on Wickham was the only one that wanted to explain to me how to get the Wendy’s app to work. I went to Wendy’s at Palmbay road and they we’re rude and didn’t care to help me. One employee said we have nothing to do with the app. The Wendy’s on Palmbay rd by Minton was being nasty as I was frustrated. I got no where!!!! It got so bad a customer chased me and my kids in a hostile way out too my car and I was going to call the cops. Everyone in the restaurant watched and never said anything or tried to help. I really hope corporate contacts me. They need kind, helping employees and that at other locations they are lacking in. You need something Misty Smith will help you figure it out. She has a heart of gold. She needs a RAISE!!!!!!!!
25 minutes for 4 double stacks. They are completely ridiculous. Never coming to Wendy’s again. I can pack my lunch faster with a walk home included then After waiting 25 minutes next to the red gate ahead of the drive through window I got out and went inside for a refund. It took anther 12 minutes and 6 times putting my card in and out of the machine. The place is a joke!!! If that’s fast food I think a new definition needs to be rewritten for it! Don’t waste your money or your time!!! Not even an apology!!!
I went here for a quick dinner for myself and got sick immediately after finishing my burger. Even the soda was flat. Totally disgusting and unacceptable
They need to fire everyone and hire individuals who really want to work. They only serve one customer at a time. Once that person pulls off, they will take another order. Tonight there was literally no one in line and I was told that it would be a 30 minute wait before I placed an order. They are on their phones and playing around. Stop hiring kids. I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow morning!! I don't care how hungry I am, I will never go to Wendy's on palm bay rd beside Truist!
This is my 2nd time I’ve tried speaking with a manager regarding issues with my food. The first time it was freezing cold like it had been sitting there for 2 hours and they gave my 2 year old spicy nuggets. I was told my asia I would get a free meal as I was on my way to the airport to goto a funeral. Well I went back and they refused to give me anything.Well I stupidly went back today bc I didn’t have time to stop anywhere else and it’s by my apartment. Well once again ordered food a hot and spicy new chicken sandwich and I got a spicy sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Called and spoke with mike and he just kept saying he couldn’t hear me I know I had plenty of service and I even unplugged my phone from my car and he kept saying he couldn’t hear me and then asked me to hold on. I am working and don’t have time to wait on hold while you help other customers so I hung up after 8 minutes. I will not ever be back to this location. I hope the owner sees this and gets better management and people at the window. She didn’t even read me back my order she just said is that it and gave me a total. No hello pull to second window nothing. Poor very poor service. I would be ashamed if I owned this restaurant. If you don’t fix it you’ll don’t to get terrible reviews. Good luck
The cheese was barely melted and for a deluxe it was hardly anything on the burger ? the service was fast but barely acknowledged me as a guest
Whoever is working the drive thru should be kept in the back and away from customers completely.Can't take cash at drive thru.
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I gave it 2 stars because they did actually get our order exactly right & the food was delicious!
I went to Wendy's yesterday for the first time in quite a while. I was so hungry for some of that thick wonderful chili that I ordered two of them. When I got home and looked at the chili I couldn't believe it. Next to absolutely no hamburger in the mix and even very few beans. Mostly what you got was juice. Even putting crackers in it didn't fill it out like it should be. Needless to say it was dumped down the garbage disposal and I will never go back again. Businesses like that are closing everywhere.
